Charlie and their management team have no clue of what they are doing. I received check in instructions with a code prior to my arrival. Once at the property I was left outside in the street because no ome communicated with the fromt desk I was a guest. There was a waiting threshold area but I was treated like a criminal and left waiting in the street. After handling this via the chat I gained access i to the building but the code provided didn’t work. Another 45 minutes for the to resolve the code situation. Annoying to say the least. In addition their cleaning standards are very sub par. Dirty towels, bed sheets and filhty balcony. Not worth anyones money. Go elsewhere tbh.

Bad choice

Terrible experience staying locked out till 4:16 pm in the heat sweating waiting for someone to know what was going on, the property had no clue of my reservation, hotels.com is trying to get a hold of them but yet they can’t do anything about it, mind while I’m in the other side of the world out in the heat waiting and the time I took to register 2/3 days prior to arriving was in vain total waste of time I wouldn’t recommend this place for anything, not a chance to an early check in, not a chance to a check in on time, not a chance to hold your bags while you wonder around till the check in time, and they didn’t want to give me an hour later for checkout, a total fail completely incompetence and regretful I chose that place to stay there.
