Pleasant hotel in a good location. Its name is confusing. Although it's not far from Santos Dumont for internal flights, it's not an airport hotel and the international airport is about 20k away.

One thing I liked about the hotel stay was one of the front desk receptionist, he was very supportive and helpful! All other staff were not very helpful and was not able to talk much English..TV and Air conditioning was not working properly..

Great hotel

Wow amazing hotel. The rooms are big and modern. It’s located on a loop off the main road so very quiet. There’s a huge park area along the beach 5 mins away, or a shopping strip in the other direction. The bathroom has great water pressure and the WiFi was much better than other places I’ve stayed at in Rio. Breakfast was decent. Slightly better than average. Pool/rooftop/gym aren’t anything special but the rooms are great. Much better area to stay than centro. Will be back.

the staff is super friendly, i check out and let my bags there with the receptionist! the buffet is included, what i love about is that i walked to downtown and came back then i moved to capacabana to enjoy the views. i do recommend if u are on a budget anyway u wont spend much time in there just to sleep! one thing i didnt like the lady that was cleaning was very loud she woke me up so early, so far is ok for the money u pay!

Apenas algumas observações: logo que cheguei no quarto, tentei ligar a TV mas aparecia uma mensagem de "sem sinal". O ar condicionado não esfriava, só saía vento. E para piorar a situação o interfone não funcionava, então tive que descer na recepção para tentar resolver todos os problemas. No terceiro dia de estadia, o pessoal da arrumação retirou a toalha de rosto e não colocou outra, e assim ficamos até o dia de ir embora. No mais, o hotel é ótimo, café da manhã com boa variedade, atendimento na recepção sempre muito cordial e prestativo.

Ótima recepção, mas, para quem tem rinite, cuidado! Infelizmente não consegui dormir e precisei ficar com um rolo de papel ao lado da cama por causa de tanta alergia — e só melhorei quando saí do quarto. Além disso, ouvi o ronco do hóspede ao lado a noite toda. Foi isso que tirou pontos.

O hotel é um prédio antigo em bom estafo de conservação, faltam tomadas com apoio no quarto que fiquei. Me preocupou a falta de Barra de segurança para idoso no banheiro, principalmente por ser piso antigo e escorregadio. Área externa excelente. Café da manhã justo.

Hotel e área de lazer precisando modernizar. Recepção com odor de desinfetante ruim; Quarto amplo porém camas com colchões de mola desconfortáveis, roupas de cama e banho velhas e de qualidade ruim. Boxe do banheiro com vazamento para área seca. O café da manhã surpreendeu, muito bom! Mas eu não voltaria. Só passei uma noite e na saída pontuei estes dissabores na recepção.

A estadia como um todo foi boa! Hotel bom, localização boa. Cafe da manhã excelente, camas confortáveis. Duas coisas que precisam melhorar é a comunicação de alguns funcionários, a maioria nem cumprimenta os hospedes. A outra situação bem desagradável é que só tem agua se comprar porém A Lei 3.194/99 tornou obrigatória a disponibilidade de água potável em hotéis, motéis, supermercados, shoppings e clubes. Ainda que o estabelecimento venda mas tem que ter a opção de gratuidade.
