A fachada e a recepção tem uma ótima infraestrutura, mas o quarto é muito ruim. No banheiro azulejo faltando, apertava a descarca e vazava água, molhando nossa mão, não tinha suporte para pendurar o papel higiênico. Teto o banheiro com mofo. A pintura do quarto estava falhada. O telefone não funcionava, mesmo chamando o atentende, não voltou a funcionar.

Chegamos por volta das 12:00h, antes do horário do check in, mas a atendente foi muito atenciosa e perguntamos a mesma se poderíamos deixar o carro no estacionamento para almoçarmos, pois tínhamos compromisso, ela muito educada e atenciosa, viu que o quarto já estava liberado e fez o check in antecipado. O estacionamento muito bom, com vagas cobertas no próprio hotel, já que no Centro é difícil para parar. Café da manhã simples mas com variedades e atendeu nossa expectativa. Localização do Hotel muito boa, no Centro e próximo a Escadaria Selarón (Escadaria do Convento).

Para quem gosta de barzinho tem bastante, não é perigoso , todo dia eu sai caminhando ia para as praias e fazia meu treinos de corrida , tem café da manhã até as 10:00 e buffet a noite que é 39,00. Reais e cardápio super delicioso e pra quem for maratona super recomendo e pertinho da largada .

O quarto atendeu muito bem, bem limpinho e organizado. Café da manhã top e quero agradecer por anteciparem o horário do café por conta da corrida Maratona do Rio. A janta também arrasou pela qualidade e opções de mistura e principalmente salada. Quero agradecer aos atendentes que tem muita empatia e são muito atenciosos.
