The property was beautiful. The rooms were large and clean. The breakfast was a nice addition. But the hotel is located in an area that does not feel safe, especially in the evening. Thankfully, there is one restaurant option on the ground floor. But when you get tired of that And the restaurant in the hotel, there are no in the area that you can get to safely

I’ve stayed here several times and it’s always been great. However, this time there was an issue with the Wi-Fi. They didn’t even notify hotel guests. And when I asked they reacted like it was not a problem and didn’t offer any kind of solution. And they didn’t offer any kind of discount for the inconvenience.

O atendimento da recepção, governança e piscina foram excelentes. O café da manhã é bom, porém, com pouca variedade. O kit infantil também foi um ótimo diferencial. Estávamos com Pet e o atendimento foi excelente, nos deram cama, tapete higiênico e pote para ração e água. No geral superou as expectativas.

Num geral a estádia foi boa, tenho alguns detalhes que por vezes fazem a diferença. O hotel precisa melhorar todas as sinalizações internas, desde a entrada da garagem até rota de fuga do hotel. Outro adendo é quanto a limpeza da piscina, pois ao me banhar encontrei lodo flutuando próximo a borda da fachada.
