Everything went good I had purchased an extra day since I was gonna be an earlier arrival I ended up paying for an extra day when I arrived to the hotel receptionist was kind of rude and said I had to check out at 12 but then he said I could go ahead and keep the room the following day my key room didn’t work so I had to go back to the receptionist and ask him if they could fix the problem and they did. Everything was good. Every I have no complaints. The only thing was when I first when I first checked in with the first receptionist other than that, everybody was really nice and kind.

The hotel itself was fine and their breakfast was really good. However, the area/location wasn't as good as I hoped and was a bit 'edgy' to say the least.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay! The Staff Truly Went Above and Beyond! I honestly cannot say enough good things about our stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The check-in process was so seamless and easy! I had read a few reviews mentioning issues with the air conditioning, but our experience was the complete opposite! Our room was absolutely freezing, if anything we had to turn the AC down! 😂 The food at the hotel restaurant was hands down some of our favourite food from our entire trip to Rio! Everything we tried was delicious! A special thank you to Washington, who was so hands-on, patient and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. I don’t speak Portuguese, but he went out of his way to help me connect to the Wi-Fi and even made sure everything was set up in English so I could understand it. It’s those little things that really make a difference! The staff outside were equally amazing! They helped us with our luggage, kept an eye out for our Ubers and always made sure we were taken care of. As tourists visiting a country where we don’t speak the language, that extra level of care made us feel incredibly safe and comfortable. What really stood out to me was how genuinely kind and helpful everyone was. You could tell the staff truly cared about their guests, and that made our experience so much more memorable. Thank you to the entire team for making our first visit to Rio suc

I really enjoyed my stay here. The check-in process, the breakfast, the staff...everything was going well beyond expectations until...the check out. I was charged for the entire room snack bar selections and drinks, even though we only grabbed one of the kitkats. I let them know and they then got aggressive and even said that if it wasn't me it was the other person in the room because the snacks had been "restocked" in our room. I told them that no staff had even been in the room other than for room service because we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door the whole trip.

When I first checked in the first receptionist was kind of rude since I booked it extra day was told that I would have to check out at 12 and then recheck in the manager fixed that problem but my card was deactivated so I had to go back to the receptionist to get my card reactivated so I could enter my room other than that, everything was good
