Safari. Has a nice jungle vibe, surrounded by monkeys and Toucans. The accommodation and food is decent. We booked four people, but the staff tried to claim that we only get 3 beds. It was quickly resolved and they added an extra bed to the room. "

"A beautiful resort complex, the mini homes are spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The full board option was a good choice with breakfast lunch and dinner being a broad array for the buffet with differing choices each day with some staples remaining consistent. The chefs were kind enough to do hoppers in a way that I wanted that was fresh. The pool was closed at the time for maintenance, however you could use the sister hotel’s pool which was a 10min walk away.
The only minor issue was that the Expedia listing stated a discount on the food and beverages or spa treatments. When it came to check out, this hadn’t been lodged in the system and the bill hadn’t reflected the discount. Upon showing the hotel staff the Expedia listing, they then honored the discount. This is issue is not a reflection on the staff at the hotel but rather the head office who have made an error in the listing. "
