“We were extremely happy with our 3 nights stay at Gabaa. Staff were superb. All the cabins were hidden amongst the nature, making it must more relaxing and enjoyable. Property was very quiet and had plenty of privacy. Hiruni and Eranda and also everyone else were always available and made our stay memorable. My kids didn’t want to leave the property. Rooms very spacious and AC was worked perfectly. We got some tea and food and they were authentic.”

“Very helpful staff, excellent location.”

“The property was absolutely beautiful and well kept. The staff were amazing and the meals were delicious. Highly recommend!”

“Incredible helpful and friendly staff and beautiful ground. My cottage with the outdoor shower was charming. Spa facilities were not available during hours that i wanted to use them, ieri early morning and evening before and after excursion, that was sad. No pool towels also a minus. Dinner menu was expensive but nothing was very good. Breakfast however was delicious! Sri lankan menù was bevande expectation. I enjoyed my stay very much.”

“If you want something really special in the doorstep of Wilpattu National Park, this is your answer. Our deluxe tree house suite was literally in the trees ( warning about monkeys visiting your balcony). Sampath was amazing in offering, preparing and presenting wonderful meals. What a treasure he is. Shehan was so helpful, with luggage and anything else that we wanted. Nelson was always there to greet and say goodbye. If you are afraid of bugs and lizards, don't stay in the treehouse rooms. But,...

“This hotel is a MUST stay. The room condition, staffs, foods are really good. It is a kind of new resort so my driver (35 years experienced) didn't know the location. But he also added this hotel is the best hotel in this HARBARANA area. I bet you will not be disappointed.”

“Sudu Araliya is located on the banks of the Parakrama Samudraya. It’s extensive gardens offer a peaceful place for relaxation. There is a very nice and sturdy tree house with a couple of benches and tables. A lovely place for children to play and adults to relax. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and attentive and our requests were taken care of promptly. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet with many typical Sri Lankan foods. We only spent one night there but planning...

“Wonderfull”

“Friendly staff, very helpful, great location”

“Very nice room, pool great, not walking distance to eateries. The family looking after the apartments were very helpful. We had a room and dedicated bathroom (locked for our use but in the wider apartment). There is a common kitchen, lounge and dining room, fortunately we had the place to ourselves but could be problematic if sharing with others (there were 2 or 3 other bedrooms)”

“Great view of the lake but a bit away from anywhere if you like to dine out. It was out of season so the in house menu options were limited and tourist focussed. Lovely breakfast and the room was great. ”
