“Total lies on the website regarding this location. There are no room fridges or A/C. Totally misleading and when contacted no one speaks English or will help. We only stayed for a couple of nights because of being so misled and no refund was offered. In fact there reply was, hope to see you again. Would not recommend at all.”

I spoke with a manager at their sister hotel Casa Oro and they were very accommodating and switched my room. My stay at Ana Lucia was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.”

“First of all, the pics shown for this property are outdated as this house is no longer yellow, it's now white. We were told that the check in was at 2pm; however, the house was not ready until 4pm, then the pics that shows multiple bunkbeds is also incorrect as there were only two mattresses directly on the floor. The lady coordinating the check-in blamed their office for having inaccuracies on their listing. After going back and forth she agreed to bring in a couple more mattresses in order to...
