This place has been my favorite stay in San Juan del sur. Rooms are cute and the view from the second floor is amazing! The staff was nice, especially for the breakfast that’s included, they went above and beyond with the service. This will be my go to hotel when I go back to SJdS

Great stay!

Great hotel, very clean, great free breakfast, friendly staff, very helpful owner who knows the area well and helped me with all my questions. Pool was nice and cleaned daily. Quieter area on the edge of town where you can hear the ocean waves yet an easy walk into town and to beach. No problem walking across the sand path a few blocks to SJDS.

FIRST STOP at this hotel. It has an amazing view to the San Juan del sur bay. The service was amazing. The host & the staff are friendly and courteous. It’s near the restaurants. 37 years anniversary! Was the bomb! 🇳🇮 🇵🇷 😉. Liz& Jorge will visit again.

Cozy hotel close to the beach

We loved this hotel! Our room was tidy and the staff was very friendly, especially late when we checked in. The breakfast was very tasty and the views impeccable. The only issue was that this was a bit difficult to find. On Google Maps, it looks like there is a walkable bridge from the main part of San Juan to the hotel but that bridge has long been washed away we found out. So the only convenient way to reach downtown San Juan is to walk along the beach which means getting your feet wet. Not a huge issue, but bring sandals if you don't want wet socks!

Parking is tight. Ended up having to pay addition money at check in that was not disclosed in the addition reservation which was prepaid. Did not provide each guest a towel and when asked for additional towels asked if we could share. They did end up providing everyone with a towel. That’s just understood. Breakfast was amazing and the morning staff just as amazing. Views were great and we loved being right on the beach.

Bathroom doesn’t flush properly. No toilet paper in main bathroom to use in place. Person working didn’t know where to find toilet paper. Noisy with other guest using common area. Very dissapointed with this place. Only positive is the location and view.
