"The property is under renovation and I didn’t realize that. But great room and wonderful staff!"

"I thought I was booking a room with a jacuzzi tub. Nope! The man at the desk wanted a $100 up charge for the jacuzzi room. The room we were given had duct tape holding the flooring together. Asked for a refund- none given. Left and booked a room at a Tru by Hilton. When we pulled up in the parking lot- there were some questionable people hanging out in the parking lot. I do not recommend this place. A dirty roadside motel is nicer than this EconoLidge. Booking this room was an $80 mistake- but I’m glad we left. Won’t ever return to that place. "

"We arrived after a long drive to only have a staff member go "we are booked tonight; if you have a reservation we will give you a refund" and that was it. They didn't.take down my name or looked at my reservation. At least they could have sent a message saying it was booked out Honestly after seeing the prior reviews and how basically the same thing is happening with others this is a management problem and whoever they are putting at the front desk has no business being there. Thankfully I got at least credit back on here though the hotel should refund me. More thankful because given how the area looked with shady people all around and how it smelled like drugs the hotel I am kinda glad I didn't stay there. "

"This is the 4th visit for my husband and I. We drive an 18 wheeler and its always a great spot to stop. We are able to park the truck with no issues. Its always clean and well kept. Staff is super nice. We love getting a nice comfy place while being on the road. Very affordable for anyone. We will continue to come back when we come through. I wish we had one in Atlanta. "

"The staff was very unhelpful even with simple questions. The room was dingy. The common area was not well kept or cleaned. The lobby bathroom was broken, there were boxes of air conditioners (I think) for the rooms stacked all around and outside trash was overflowing the whole time we stayed. The room was poorly stocked and not restocked during our 2 day stay. The breakfast was very limited to highly processed carbs. There was no fruit or protein or fresh options. "
