I rented at this place for the convenience of making a few meals in my room. It was advertised that way, BUT, there was not one single utensil, cooking pan or pot, silverware, or plate. To make matters worse the microwave also did not work, so I couldn't even reheat food that I brought to the room. The staff made promises that they did not keep. I stayed 6 days and not one day of room service / housekeeping.
