“The room appeared perfectly clean absolutely wonderful. Then we return to the room around 11 PM. Roaches found roaches in our bags found roaches in our clothes all sizes, teeny, tiny and large very strange because there was no sign of anything like that. It’s Florida though and these things are likely to happen. Staff was very supportive just a different room. We didn’t have any further trouble. The staff really were five star.”

“ordered the king size room and was giving a single, had to go to the front desk to get another was told they had no more, kind of weird. I ordered it one month prior to going. Also, cigarette butts all over the property. Even people smoking in the hallways. This is a non smoking hotel.”
