Staff was incredibly friendly, room was very clean--no bugs, no dirt, no concerns at all. Recently renovated and modern looking, well furnished with kitchen utensils, towels, even salt and pepper! Was a very comfortable stay and I will look to stay here again if I am in the area!

Most of the staff was great . There was one not so good rude and unfriendly . But others was great . First room we was in had to be moved 30 min after there power went out in room could not find prob so they moved us second room was ok . We rented two rooms second room had issues also fridge did not work they moved two dif fridges in till they got one that worked . My biggest complaint is I called ahead of time ask if they had pool hot tub up and working was told yes at same time ask if they had laundry facility was told yes they did well after rhere come to find out pool hot tub was working and great but laundry facility they claim to have was not working or operational at this time so that was inconvenient. Ocean view was great quit and clean they just need to be upfront and honest . Everything else was ok . Stayed 8 nights in two rooms with family

THE EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE! I requested room cleaning on the second day of my stay because the normal cleaning hadn't been done on the first day, and the person at the reception informed me that I had to pay for the cleaning. Yesterday was my last day of stay, and when I arrived at the hotel with my wife, I was informed that the hotel was experiencing problems with the water supply for guests. The shower water was already not getting hot, and this problem made things even worse. We couldn't stay in a room without water to shower, practice personal hygiene, and use the toilet. I sent an email to the manager as instructed by the receptionist, and so far I haven't received any response regarding this inconvenience that my wife and I experienced. PLEASE! LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE SO YOU DON'T RUIN YOUR TRIP!

Great except for required early checkout time

Great place! Small efficiency type rooms with stove and good size fridge. Snack bar downstairs and laundry( though it’s across the parking lot) were nice to have. I would say the only problem we had was the 10 am checkout time( too early) and when I called to ask about late check out, before I asked the desk clerk said “I am out of late checkouts” even though there were rooms available for the next day. So we had to rush out.

The room was nice, the pool was nice, the location was nice. The only issues we had was that they have a fire pit for guests but the whole weekend we were there we couldn’t use it because staff didn’t know how to turn it on. The hot tub wasn’t hot at all. It was about the same temp as the pool. The elevators are crazy slow. It would literally take like 10 minutes to catch one. Other than that not a bad place. Was right on the beach and the pool deck itself was nice.

We were there for bike week and had a great view of the beach, the room looked like the picture on website and we had a motorcycle only parking lot. BUT... our floors in our room were dirty and the sheets on the bed were dirty. When we reported to the front desk twice, we were dismissed and then told we could pay $75 for housekeeping. We told the front a 3x, and that night manager gave us a sheet to replace on the bed. When we took the dirty sheet to the front desk in the morning she told us to take it to the laundry room ourselves, which we did not, left it with her and she threw it on the lobby floor. The elevators were unpredictable and one was out of order at one time - we were on the 7th floor and another hotel guest said that the stairwells were blocked off. We did not attempt that. Location and room was great but we did not find it hospitable. If you select this hotel, I hope they do better for you.

We had the oceanfront deluxe balcony for four adults, which was perfect liked the sliding door that could separate the two areas however, I would say the biggest problem was the staff at the front desk. We separately all engaged with three different staff members-maybe because it was bike week they were tired, but so were we and they were not welcoming or very friendly or accommodating. An example was we arrived about an hour prior to check-in and asked if that we could just leave our duffel bags from our motorcycles in an area out of the way until our room was ready. You would’ve thought we were asking to put them in a bank vault. Those properties have some sort of an area where you can at least put your luggage or whatever temporarily. We even saw some other guests being asked to move their car from the front lobby area when their wives were trying to check in and the way that the front desk spoke to the guest was very rude. I would say the hotel is in a great location although we didn’t use it. It looks like a great pool area. It appeared all the restaurants were closed.

The staff was SUPER FRIENDLY!.Room was super clean. There was some maintenance going on in other rooms but it didnt create any issues. The room was so quiet that I didnt even know there were people nexr door. The balcony was a bit small but more than enough for me and my friend. It was an amazing experience in a great location and I'd most definitely come back

We loved the Maverick resort and will absolutely be back! Some of the resort was under construction, so we were understanding about that. Everything was super clean in our room, the lobby, and pool area. Staying on the beach is an amazing experience and we can’t wait to go back! Almost all the staff is wonderful, we only encountered one whom we avoided due to a bad attitude. Only hiccup was our fridge was not working upon arrival and it took a little over a day to get it fixed which ended up meaning we had to get a new one so I lost a couple hundred dollars worth of groceries I had brought with us. Nothing that will prevent us from returning though. Highly highly recommend this resort!

The room was modern, comfortable and nice with everything we needed. The building mechanical equipment is old and not maintained. Our a/c didn't work so they replaced it on day 1. One of the two elevators was out of service and the other didn't work well enough to feel safe (alarms sounding, door not opening, etc)
