A unique accommodation. We were in a 3 room suite with a King and Queen and 3 bathrooms. A kitchenette with a drip coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. Vintage but cozy furniture. The suite was very clean. You have to climb a number of stairs to get to the suite (1301). An enjoyable overnight stay before boarding the Amtrak Autotrain.

Very Charming

Very charming apartment. Really a great location is taking advantage of fantastic downtown Sanford. Great outside area to enjoy a cocktail with friends. The owner was very accommodating for us. Highly recommended and we will certainly stay again.

Awesome Stay!!

We had such a short stay as our flight came in extremely late and we had to leave at 4 AM the next morning in order to catch our next flight! The room/bed was very comfortable. The decor was very cool as well. Because I made the arrangements so far in advance I was concerned that we wouldn’t receive the Text, They were right on the ball! Thank you!!!
