"In my previous "check in" review, I complimented clean room, helpful staff and excellent air conditioning (it was 32°C outside). I complained about a broken bed & a TV remote that didn't work. Expedia obviously contacted the motel and the manager was at our door within a half hour. He fixed the bed (had moved off it's base) and adjusted the TV (previous guest had a game connected). Excellent service!"

"My daughter & I really enjoyed our stay at Kamlops River Inn & Suites. The best part was having a good view of the river from our balcony. Breakfast included was great! A little more Choices for brkfst would be a bonus: more cereal choices, regular hot oatmeal, waffle maker, pancakes, boiled eggs or scrambled (real egg), hashbrowns, & bacon. We forgot our swim suits to enjoy the pool & hot tub. Staff was very accommodating. Rooms were nice with comfy beds. Stains in bath tub & counter, plus the bottom corner outside of tub needs some repair. Overall, we really enjoyed ourstay & would go there again."

"My daughter likes the water playground in the Riverside Park opposite the hotel. So we purposely changed from another hotel to Sandman for the convenience of going the park. There are also lots of nice restaurants and one ice cream shop nearby. I will say it's a wonderful choice staying with Sandman when travel with young kids."
