"When I arrived I was told they were short staffed and no rooms were available. I let the check-in person know I had an event to attend. She went and found me a room."

"I cannot say any negative about my stay- it was a quick one night stay - this is the 4th time we have stayed here since October of last year. It is conveniently located in the middle of the 2 places we needed to go- Gloucester Point and New Port News. When you walk in the first thing you notice is how clean it is- and then how nice the staff is. Will be staying here again in April! "

"SAD, SAD, SAD. TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAT. ALOT OF HOMELESS PEOPLE HANGING AROUBD BEGGING FOR CHANGE. PEOPLE BUYING AND SALEING DRUGS ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT. ROOM WASN'T CLEAN, DIRTY SHEETS WITH BLOOD STAINS, NO TOWELS. USED CODOMS ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR. HOTEL STAFF DID NOTHING ABOUT IT.STRIPPED THE BED ONLY TO FIND A HOST OF ROACHES AND GED BUGS."

"In the bathroom of my room, there was mold growing around the shower. I have photos if you’d like to see them. The sink was dirty upon my arrival. When brought up to the staff, they said they were aware and have previously submitted it to management. The room was dusty and had not been properly cleaned in a while. "
