"La limpieza al cuarto dio mucho de qué hablar en mi segundo día en la estancia considerando que sería mi tercera noche pedí que se hiciera mi cuarto, todo el día estuve fuera y cuando regresé esperaba ver mi cuarto ya limpio, pero Noo solo encontré que sacaron las basuras y las toallas limpias nomas aventadas en el baño ósea ni siquiera se tomaron el tiempo de acomodarlas y la cama no la hicieron. Realmente no me volvería a quedar en este hotel."

"This hotel is a great price and location. We stopped in for one night but the downside is that the staff isn’t actually at the location (they are on a computer). Motel 6 seems to be doing this at more locations. It’s hard to get what you need without staff being physically present. They could not help me with anything I needed. I did do laundry and it was convenient and well priced. A resident who lives in the hotel told me what a fabulous property it is and raved about management. It’s a clean, basic motel 6. Nothing more. Nothing less. Perfect for what I needed for one night!"

"Room is spacious. Dated but quaint. Staff are available 24/7 and accommodate all our requests. Food is pricey. Hotel spa pool and jacuzzi are warm and that’s something I rarely see in LA. I’ll always come back. "

"Don’t get me wrong. Everything was great love the size of the room. Everything was clean in the room and as well as outside. Wonderful breakfast items. The two issues I have is I had to wait over an hour. And I got there shortly after check-in time started. I was told no rooms were ready. So I waited in the lobby. Five people came in after me and they got rooms. What heard is because they paid at the hotel app and not through this app, what I’m understanding. That wasn’t main issue. I was in no rush. I needed to get away from my mess. I was willing to wait. But the other issue I had. The main one that I struggle all three days. Was Internet service on their TV as well as my computer and phone. It kept on freezing. Wouldn’t let me open nothing. Even one device at a time even their TV. Get on their TV to work news or advertisement buying shows."
