Dear Elaf Qinwan Hotel Management,
I am writing to formally express my deep frustration and disappointment with the
experience my family and I had during our recent stay at your hotel.
After traveling a long distance with my wife, son, and brother-in-law, we arrived at your
hotel exhausted and expecting basic courtesy and professionalism. Instead, we were
met with hostility and unacceptable behavior from your front desk staff. The woman
handling check-in was extremely rude, gave us unpleasant and dismissive looks, and
made us wait for over 30 minutes without any explanation or apology.
When I attempted to raise this issue with a manager who was walking by, he asked me
where I was from. After I answered, he simply proceeded to check me in and ignored
everything I said about the staff member’s behavior.
Shockingly, the manager then said to me:
“I’m the manager here, and I can tell you to get your money back and get up out of
here.”
This statement is deeply unprofessional, offensive, and disrespectful — especially
coming from someone in a leadership position. To make matters worse, the front desk
woman later said to me:
“If you don’t like it here, get out.”

This kind of treatment is unacceptable under any circumstances, and it ruined what was
supposed to be a peaceful and enjoyable
