별로예요: 편의 시설/서비스, 숙박 시설 상태 및 시설
I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and have so many regrets. It was also expensive to just leave since there is no refund. The word "luxury" in the name is a catfish.
- very old and dusty. They try but it just needs renovations so bad and it's dirty.
- the rooms aren't soundproof and it's super noisy, I could tell the crying child was actually downstairs.
- I went to check how the spa was like and it's very unhygienic so I couldn't use the service.
- the pillows are very hard and caused me neck pain.
- they don't have a breakfast buffet. You order either Arabic or international breakfast and it comes to your room but it's very limited and is nothing like whats advertised. And no variety, regardless of what you asked they'll just get you what's available.
- the bathroom smells.
- there is no hot water in the shower.
- there is no housekeeping. No one came during my stay.
- I called for water and was told it's coming right up but I waited 4 hours, still no one came. Other times it the service was relatively fast but it's difficult to get them to give u more than 3 very small bottles of water.
- the staff are nice but the hotel just won't cut it. I don't recommend it and will never come back
