Very clean, safe, excellent staff

Extremely friendly staff, helped to find restaurant and map. Breakfast good value and tea leaf tea! One member of staff dusting the windows at 22:30. Did I say very good value?

Very tired rooms

Unfortunately this is the worst Kyriad we have stayed in. It is very tired and needs a lot of work doing to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Air con wouldn’t work, and it was very warm in the room but unfortunately noisy with the window open, which we had to endure, no kettle, not enough towels. The rooms are very noisy, with I’m guessing, limited soundproofing. The hairdryer however was one of the best I have used in a hotel. The reception and breakfast areas are pleasant. Very limited menu in the restaurant. The staff were friendly.

Chambre propre, vieillotte (un néon clignotait dans la salle de bains ) Ça ne correspond pas aux photos du site . Très mal insonorisé, on entend les voisins parlés , à la limite de comprendre la conversation . En arrivant à 18h, je me suis crue dans un hôtel de passe . Heureusement mes voisins sont partis vers 19h30. Le restaurant indiqué ouvert ne l’est pas en ce moment . Point positif : accueil et propreté parfait

Creo que el hotel está bien, pero hay un par de cosas que no me han gustado mucho: 1.- el desayuno me ha parecido "flojo", por supuesto nada sin gluten, y ni tan siquiera una tostadora donde tostar el pan. 2.- no ponen toalla de mamo y, francamente, no me parece muy "agradable" secarme la cara con la misma toalla con la que me seco el culo
