"The quality of this hotel has decline since my first visit/stay last June. My room was covered in someone’s hair throughout the bathroom, shower, sink and floor. I was on the second floor and guest right above me was terribly loud all night for nights I stayed at this hotel. I found a cockroach crawling on the floor in the bathroom. The Caribbean front desk employee has a nasty attitude and very unprofessional. Don’t recommend anyone who sleeps light to stay at this property. The parking lot was loud, some patrons were playing loud music and burning out in the parking lot. Too expensive and dirty for the price."

"Didn't really interact much with staff, walked in and got looked up and down by front staff, not very welcoming, was there almost week room was not cleaned had to ask for towels and toilet paper. NO HOT TUB, found out after was already there that the hot tub had been filled in with concrete. Walked around room after shower and feet were nasty."
