The central heating was not working, so there was an air conditioner with a heating function, which was very noisy. The seal from the shower screen was not intact anymore, so there was plenty of water leaking. The toilet seat was not fixed, but only lying loosely and had no lid. Overall the property was in need of some paint and TLC. Loved the hard working staff and made to feel very welcome premises had all the basics but need some upgrades."

"Ich fand das schade, dass in der Rezeption am Einreisetag kein Personal mit Englisch-Kenntnissen verfügbar war. Das erschwerte die Kommunikation. Zudem fand ich das schade, dass dieses Hotel sich u.a. als Wellness-Hotel bewirbt, dass aber die Kunden dafür extra bezahlen müssen. Das Frühstück war nicht unser Ding. Wir bevorzugen frisches Gemüse und Obst statt Früchte aus der Dose."
