“The hotel is in desperate need for an upgrade!! The rooms are old, worn out. The pools are small and invaded by iguanas which roam around without the staff shooing them away”

“The property has a lot of potential, but it suffers from a clear lack of maintenance and cleanliness; the towels and sheets were in deplorable condition, the shower water pressure was very low, and several rooms were missing window curtains. We want to especially highlight the front desk clerk, who wore many hats and went out of his way to help us with everything we needed to make our check-in and stay easier. Without his help, the experience would have been much more difficult.”
