The location was great. The only thing is when you exit the property in the evenings there was always people hanging out at the building on the right and the next day you would see all the trash they left behind. And with the hotel staff they were not always as welcoming when leaving and returning to the Hotel, they would not always acknowledge or speak as you enter and exited the lobby. On the last couple of days of my stay we met a staff member that was awesome and I would like to recognize her because she gave 100% customer service everytime we saw her and that is Gabby. She was very welcoming, polite and always had a friendly smile when we saw her...( I hope I have her name correct. Her shift started at 2:30pm ) I also would like to recognize our housekeeper. She did an excellent job with cleaning our room daily!

This property is in a great location for walkable distance to many Chicago attractions. While this property doesn't have a kitchen like other Grand Vacation properties, the larger than usual fridge, mini kitchenette & dining table came in handy to not have to eat out for every meal, and the property is a block away from Whole Foods and other local markets.
The pool was under renovation, 2nd Hilton GV property this has happened to us at, so not sure we'll plan on being able to use the pools featured at Hilton properties - as they also never provide disclaimers when the pool will be closed on their website or 3rd-party sites.
