The overall stay was very good. The staff was very friendly & courteous and the service was excellent. The only down side was the walk-in shower. The shower floor was smooth & very slippery. Its an accident waiting to happen. Update that and I would give the stay all 5s.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms, lobby, grounds were very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, this was a fantastic experience. The only thing that would make it better would be a pool. Very close to Carowinds park.
