“Nice bed and furniture”

“Upon check in, we were told pool was closed. We had been at a ball tournament all day in the heat, almost 100 degrees and our kids were expecting a dip in the pool. The next morning, we went down for the hot breakfast only to find there was none. Front desk said kitchen was down , they were waiting for part. We chose this place for those two amenities. Had we been informed, we would have stayed elsewhere. I asked for a discount, but was told no. Won’t be back.”

“Apparently there was a power outage prior to me checking in. The elevator was not working and the room key system was not back up yet. The manager on duty and staff handled it beautifully. She and a member of the staff helped take my bags up to my room. We had to take the steps. I was in the lobby for a bit and she helped each person checking in do the same thing. This is the type of customer service that I admire. I will be staying there again on my next trip to the area.”

“Clean property. Not enough towels. Kitchen light and main tv did not work on first day. On day two, maintenance corrected the problems.”

“Met and exceeding my expectations for the weekend! Enjoyed the space the suite provided and the kitchen was perfect size for our stay. Would go back and book this same place again.”

“Set in a very walkable location with restaurants etc . But is also set on the expressway so some decent road noise. Didnt feel the rooms were super clean lots of dust one person in our group had rotting food from another guest in their fridge. AC was weak for a warm climate not crisp. People said the food on site was frozen and mediocre and often served still frozen . Staff was very nice and small bottles of water are free at desk. Would not stay again due to noise cleanliness price .”

“Checked in late and had to stand outside waiting for someone to open the door after knocking on the door for while. Finally checked in and got my room key. Went to the room, the flor was slippery and wet. Figured it was because the temperature in the room was on 75. But after cutting the ac down to 68. When I woke up the floor was still wet and slippery. None the less, the room didn’t smell like smoke but the sheets did. I thought I was in a smoking room. Will not book there again”

“We always stay at this hotel. It's in a great spot! It does need some TLC though. I reported Saturday morning to the first shift front desk clerk about the toilet seat being loose, but I was told that I would have to change rooms. We had a conference to attend so we had to go. Upon our return I stopped by the front desk to see if the night clerk had an update about the toilet repair. She said that she had not been told about it. Once I reported it to her (Suzanne), she immediately got tools and...

“Breakfast was alright. They had two hot items and the standard. Room service was good. However outside the property seems unsafe and people hanging around at night. Someone suggested us to park the car infront of the hotel as there are car break ins due to drug addicts.”
