“Nice bed and furniture”

“We stay here every time we come to see our family. Always excellent on every level!!”

“The room was very clean, indoor pool was nice, and it was very close to all kinds of food places in walking distance.”

“Our room was spacious and comfortable!”

“We truly appreciated everyone who works at Tru by Marriott in Fort Mill! Laura was a rockstar and helped us get checked in and settled. She was also so kind and friendly and talked with us like we were long lost friends. The hotel was great! Good breakfast options each day and fun game room to entertain our family while we waited for others. Very much appreciate everyone and everything!”

“Convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms, good experience”

“Good”

“Comfortable beds and the ac was cold! Water was hot! The take away breakfast was okay. I mostly care about a dark room, comfy bed and hot water consistency. The check in process was fine. When we were checking out there was an angry guest because they wouldn’t let him check in early…. Imagine feeling entitled to check in 4hrs early on the fly and yelling about it… front desk girl stayed calm and I was impressed.”

“We checked in on Tuesday afternoon and checked out Sunday morning. The room was never cleaned nor supplies like towels, coffee and garbage removal performed.”

“The hotel has a good location, very clean, and staff was very nice. Thanks”
