"The Ledges have a great view of the water and is located close to Camden and Rockland. We were disappointed that there wasn't a restaurant after it states it had one. The guy at the front desk didn’t give any explanation other than no, we don’t have one. The beds have a plastic mattress cover and are squeaky so every time you move it’s loud. , Other than that, it’s a cozy little place. The rooms were clean and well kept."

"Beautiful and stylish hotel ideally walking distance to a beach, the harbor and the shops and restaurants of Rockland. The shower and heated bathroom floor keep you comfortable even in the cool Maine spring. I’ve stayed at this hotel three times and it is my very favorite place to stay."

"Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. All the furniture in my room was uncomfortable. The shower was open around the pipe in the wall and wobbly. Elevator was reserved for freight, had to drag my luggage up the stairs. The floors in my room were sticky and dirty. No comfortable common spaces to work or read in except the patio and that was hard metal outdoor seating. The rooms are thinly insulated and I heard everyone around me all night."
