“The power/electricity was out for the 2 days we were there. Not the property's fault, but they weren't too sympathetic towards us. We needed power for a medical device for sleeping, so that was a huge issue. We spent $12 on ice to keep our food and a medication cold. They weren't willing to reimburse us for any part of the hotel stay, not even the $12 for ice. The owners were unreachable by phone. They never responded to our email. This is not how to run a business.”

“We learned from another establishment that there was a boil water advolisory in effect otherwise it suited our needs. Close to all the trails and tours we took in. Bathroom is small with just a pedestal sink so not much room for toiletries. We enjoyed our stau and would recommend for sure.”

“This was the best place we have stayed in. Dwayne and Tracey are such amazing hosts. The tiny chalet was so spectacular I didn’t want to leave. Super clean and everything you needed was in there. I would 100% recommend this to everyone. We will be back!!!!”
