“La chambre était en bon état. Le petit déjeuner adapté. Cependant, une alarme incendie a sonné à 07h30, sans que la réceptionniste soit à même de savoir comment la gérer. Une collègue (probablement de l'ibis voisin) est intervenue pour lire les informations sur le cadran, elles sont allées voir, puis l'agent d'accueil n'a pas su comment faire ensuite pour éteindre l'alarme. Pour un établissement recevant du public, il serait primordiale qu'une formation soit mise en place pour tous les agents...

“Excellent location but uber will struggle to get right to the door as restricted area for most vehicles. We were on the top floor with a balcony view of the square. Great view but noisy into the early hours with lots of shouting. Not the hotel’s fault of course. Spacious bathroom. We loved it”
