"The pool was lovely and most of the staff was helpful and accommodating. I wish someone mentioned that you need reservations for the restaurants. At reception they told me about the two options and I thought as a guest of the hotel I would be able to walk in. I’ll have to come back another time!"

"An amazingly beautiful retreat close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room large and clean. Very comfortable bed. The bathroom was huge and gorgeous. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety and dinner at thier restaurant also very good. So much to explore in the spa and grounds! The only thing I did not like was all the day users in the spa and pools. It would have been more magic if the spa closed to non hotel guests by 6pm or if there was a hotel guest only area."

"Hotel was ok. Nothing special really. Pool could do with some umbrellas around the pool as the only shade is around the corner in a sitting area. Also has a rule you must wear a swimming cap. No public transport to hotel so can be costly to and from via taxi. 30€ to airport or train station, but once at the station, it’s only about 45 mins into travestare. $75 in a cab all the way."

"Were able to use the shuttle service, for a charge, for pick up at the Rome airport. He was waiting for us when we arrived. Also offered a shuttle to the ship. Staff was pleasant and helpful with walking directions around the property."
