"The location is very convenient, especially for airport access. However, as soon as I entered the room, I found two very large cockroaches, which was quite shocking. I called the front desk and they did change my room, but there was no apology, and their reaction made it seem like this was a common issue. Additionally, when I asked for directions at checkout, the staff were quite unfriendly, which made the overall experience even more disappointing. While the location is a strong point, the cleanliness and service definitely need improvement."
