When I booked this "B&B" it had a rating of 3...now it is zero. That I agree with! The staff was nice and somewhat helpful if they spoke English or Italian. The B&B not so much. I call it a cheap hotel. It was very run down. Lots of graffiti on the street side entrance. When I checked in, the wallpaper behind the reception desk was peeling off the wall. I had hardly any room to move around in my room. I opened the window and it opened into the laundry room! There was mold in the bathroom shower, gross oozing repair on the tile by the floor. The bath rug was stiff and had bleach stains all over it.. I had no remote that worked on the non working TV, a blow dryer that the handle was broken and flopped. Reported both issues first day. Nothing done. I saw the houseman and he exchanged my dryer. The air conditioner worked. The breakfast was better than most. Especially the coffee machine. Most of the people staying and working there are all Asian. I cannot imagine where the other reviewers were staying.

Brilliant, all thanks to the wonderful staff!
Really pleasantly surprised! This was a really nice bed and breakfast hotel with a reception that closes late which was good since we arrived late. The staff were the nicest people who really went the extra mile to help us with anything we needed. Any problems were fixed promptly, the room and bathroom was cleaned every day and the bedroom had a nice view of a back garden. Really a prime location as its next to the Roma termini and there a lot of nice and cheap restaurants for breakfast and dinner. RECOMMEND!!

Awesome Staff!
The staff was the selling point for this B&B. The lady at the reception desk was also Chinese (and didn't speak English nor Italian), which was a difficult encounter, but the Korean man who came later made it all better Not only was he nice and communicable, he was humorous and kind as he informed us of details regarding this B&B (i.e. laundry service, check-out) and made recommendations. He talked with us for almost an hour about what we could do during the little time we had in Rome, where we could find the best viewpoints, have dinner and eat gelatos. When we told him we were going away for a tour, he packed us a lunch bag in advance and gave it to us when we came back after a late-night sightseeing. The breakfast we had after we got back from the tour wasn't anything too fancy, but we still filled up (there were sausages and boiled eggs, so not like only toast and jam). The room wasn't too impressive either, just enough to spend a couple of days without breaking the bank. (I would say it was pricey, but I guess it's alright considering its proximity to Roma Termini station.) The bathroom had shampoo and shower gel in containers hanging from the wall, which was a first (and last). There was also a free water bottle for each day, which was a huge, huge plus, since we had to purchase all the water during our travel.

It was average and the staff were nice. The beds were horrible! It felt like we were sleeping on a boxspring. The breakfast was minimal at best. I doubt I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. It is NOT a bed and breakfast.

The absolutely best place you can stay in Rome!!!
This B&B is an excellently managed one and an incredible bargain for the money. My room was comfortable and extremely clean. The management and staff at this hotel are multi-lingual, the languages being English, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Italian. You were provided with amenities way beyond even a four-star hotel, and with friendly service to match. The breakfast provided was more that ample and well-balanced. The staff was very helpful on providing information about what to see in Rome, and this B&B is located very near to Termini Station and a miute from a Metro stop. This is the best possible place you can stay in Rome. It's a real find.

Perfectly pleasant overnight stay close to Termini station. The hotel signage could definitely be improved as it is currently just a two line label on a small door panel with all the other tenants in the building. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Totalt forkastelig hotell. Ikke dra hit.
Utrolig dårlig, bildene stemte ikke med hotellet. Fant så vidt fram, dårlig skilting og ingen hjelp. Utrolig uprofesjonelt personale, snakket så vidt engelsk og satt å se på YouTube videor med høyt volum nesten konstant. Veldig lytt, folk som snakker høyt til langt på natt. Skittent rom, ekkel dusj med null varme eller trykk. Følte meg utrygg i rommet om kvelden.

떼르미니 역에서 10분 정도로 가깝고 좋았어요. 조식은 간단하게 빵, 주스, 시리얼, 햄이나 치즈 정도구요. 간단하게 먹기 좋아요. 청소는 매일 해주시긴 하는데 화장실은 쓰레기통도 비우지 않고 휴지 없는데 채우지 않은 것 빼고는 괜찮았어요. 냉장고 있어서 물 넣어서 사용할 수 있어서 좋았어요. 물도 매일 2개씩 주시고. 로마 있는 동안 편하게 지낼 수 있었어요.

A due passi dalla stazione ma c'è molto di meglio
Trattasi di camere sul piano di un edificio. Non ci sono termosifoni ma solo lo split del condizionatore che in camera mia non scaldava molto. La doccia era parecchio incrostata. Ho soggiornato in altre strutture vicino alla stazione ed a parità di prezzo erano decisamente migliori. Considerando che ho prenotato sotto data non avevo trovato altro. La mia stanza era davvero piccola e senza armadio.

한인이 운영하는 숙박으로, 카운터에 한국말 하시는 이탈리아분이 계셔서 매우 편하게 이용하였음. 아침 일찍 투어로 일찍 나간다고 하면 그전날 밤이라도 아침 식사를 챙겨주심(빵하고 마실거..) 서비스는 만족하나 샤워실이 작고 수압이 약해서 힘들었음. 테르미니 역에서 걸어서 5분거리로 위치 만족.

寝室は清潔で特に問題ありませんでした。 浴室は…カビが苦手な方にはきついかもしれません。 お湯の出は弱いけど旅慣れてる方からすれば及第点かと思います。 シングルルームでコスト重視の方には勧めます。韓国系宿です。

친구끼리 여행할 때 편하게 쉬기 좋은 숙소입니다. 테르미니 역 주변은 전체적으로 여성분들에게 추천드리지 못하겠어요. 생각보다 거리가 위험해보입니다. 한인이 운영하여 여행정보를 얻기 좋고, 아침 조식을 맛있게 드실수 있습니다.

다음에도 또 이용하고싶네요~
테르미니 근처라서 이동에 큰 문제는 없었습니다~우려와달리 밤늦게 다녀도 크게 무서웠던건 없었구요~엘레베이터도 있고 편하게 움직일 수 있었습니다. 1인실을 썼었는데 안락하고 화장실과 욕실도 딸려있어서 편하게 쓸 수 있었습니다~한가지 단점은 방음이 안되서 옆방에 코고는 소리도 들렸던;;그래서 아침 일찍 나갈때 드라이기 쓰는게 다른 투숙객분들한테 방해될까바 걱정했었어요~하지만 직원분들도 친절하시고 매일 수건도 갈아주고 물한병씩 주셔서 감사했습니다~

Buena opcion si quieres ahorrar y estar cerca del coliseo. La zona no es la mejor pero en general así es el centro, descuidado. El servicio muy bien. En realidad no es un hotel si no como renta de cuartos. A las 10 pm se retira el chico que atiende en la recepción. Te dejan un juego de llaves.

Właściciele bardzo pomocni, uśmiechnięci i mili dla gości. Jedyna wada G. NA B&B to brak zasięgu telefonu w pokoju (aby zadzwonić do kogoś, należy wyjść na zewnątrz hotelu, na ulicę).

야간투어가 무료로 제공되는게 마음에 들었던 호텔
처음 예약을 잡을때만 해도 오너가 한국인일거라고 예상을 못했습니다. 여행사를 겸하고 계시기 때문에 여행에 대한 많은 정보를 접할 수 있다는 것, 야경투어를 무료로 해준다는 것, 객실이 화려하진 않지만 깔끔하다는 것, 꼭 필요한게 무엇인지 명확하게 알고 있어 얼어버릴 정도로 강력한 냉장시설과 빵빵한 와이파이가 매력적이었습니다. 안락한 시설은 아니지만 투어를 목적으로 숙식제공이 목적이라면 굳이 더 많은 돈을 주고 좋은 호텔을 자야 할 필요가 있을까 생각이 들었습니다. 지하철 역이 무척 가깝다는 것과 마트가 인근에 있다는 점, 테르미니 역 주변이라 다음 행선지 이동이 용이하다는 점도 장점이었습니다.

Good location
This is a lovely, clean, small, European style hotel. Staff was accommodating and so helpful for advice on sightseeing, dinner and transportation. Location is about a ten minute walk to metro station. I recommend this hotel!

Das Gästehaus ist in einem Mietshaus untergebracht und von der Straße nicht zu erkennen. Es wird von einer Chinesischen Familien betrieben. Die Kommunikation erwies sich als sehr schwierig, da diese kaum Englisch konnten. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer - eines davon hatte ca. 40 m² und kein Fenster - und das andere ca. 15 m² (dafür hatte es ein Fenster)... Der "Frühstücksraum" bestand aus 3 Tischen für je zwei Personen. Dieser wurde täglich ab 8:00 auch von den Besitzern genutzt... Die Lage ist zwar nahe der U-Bahn aber in einem eher heruntergekommenen Viertel der Stadt.

テルミニ駅から徒歩で10分もかからないところにあって移動は楽だった。 オーナーは気さくな方で感じが良かった。 部屋は寝るだけなら十分の広さで、掃除も行き届いてると思う。ちなみにバスルームはシャワーのみ。 エアコンの効きがあまり良くなかった。 夜中に停電？があって数分間真っ暗になった時があった。原因とか説明はなかったけど、そんなものなのかと。 それ以外は特に何もなく過ごせた。

한국분들이 운영 하셔서 전반적으로 만족 스러웠습니다. 아침식사와 다양하게 로마 여행을 위해 도와주시는 점은 좋았습니다. 다만 객실에서 전에 이용한 사람이 담배를 많이 피웠는지 2박하는 내내 방에서 담배 냄새가 많이 나는점은 불만이었습니다.
