대 실망입니다 너무 덥고 좁고, 오직 잠만자는것에... 직원들도 불친절, 선결제를하라는 협박? 암튼 가격대비 너무나 실망스러운 로마의 호텔이였습니다.

너무좋았어요 위치도 테르미니역에서 그리멀지않고, 프론트에 계신 직원들도 모두 친절했어요 이탈리아는 그다지 친절한 기억이 없었는데 이곳만 특별했던거 같아요~담에 갈때도 여기서 묵을 생각이예요 총 4박묵었어요!

Locatie is super goed. Alles is dichtbij en te belopen. Kamer was mooi schoon en het bed lag heerlijk. Enige nadeel was dat er een gezamelijke toilet was voor het hele hotel. Deze was wel heel schoon en altijd vrij. Personeel was heel vriendelijk.

Quarto pequeno e banheiro menor ainda, não tem divisao entre box e o resto do banheiro, entao cada banho alaga o banheiro todo. Os italianos tem a pessima mania de juntar dois colchoes de solteiro e falar que é uma cama de casal. De ponto positvo está a localização e o dono do hotel que é super solicito e deu varias dicas.

Perfect location, great host, just what we needed
My friend and I travelled to Rome for a week and this hotel is a perfect location. Felt safe, and the host was very helpful and on hand. The hotel is rated accordingly, and is not a luxury hotel but is not advertised as one. I probably wouldn’t book for a romantic week away, but for travelling with friends, with great bus links and train / tube links, this is perfect.

Hotel owner & staff take great pride in their work and making you comfortable- the shared toilet was no problem and always clean. We are very pleased with our stay and would return! Only thing to note is the courtyard outside the window can be a little noisy in the morning for a short period around 7-8 but not the worst. Thank you for our stay!

Lovely place to stay
The owner of the hotel was lovely! He gave us loads of recommendations and even tried to help us get tickets for museums. Additionally he waited for us when our train was delayed and we had to do a very late check in! The only thing I could ask for was some AC. However, we were given a very powerful fan that worked pretty well!

we booked this hotel. went through pictures. Hotel was so Terrible. IMAGINE WITH MY KIDS THERE IS NO AIR CONDITION on JULY MONTH. NO WIFI, DIRTY CARPET. BATHROOM IS TINY AND DIRTY. Las fotos no muestran como es el realmente el lugar. La habitación es minuscula, estaba en mal estado y sucia. las ventanas, puertas de la ducha y la placard estaban rotas. no tiene aire acondicionado y tampoco hay acceso a un jardín como aparece publicado. Please do not disregard this hotel, just be inform
Please read all amenities before booking. I booked based on price for a last minute trip (I did not pay attention to the details, which is my fault). There is no A/C, which, if I read, it does not say if A/C was provided or not. We arrived in early July so it was hot and the fan barely moved air. The room info did say shared bathroom, which again, I did note read/pay attention to. There was two bathrooms (with sink and shower) to share for 4 rooms on the floor, but they were very clean and there was a private shower in the room itself. Pics are accurate. Front desk was polite and tried to accommodate by saying the next day they could move us to a room with a private bathroom. However, the A/C was the issue due to the time of year and we ended up moving hotels, with no refund provided for 4 nights. For the price for the room and amenities provided, I would say it was very accommodating for the area, close to tourist locations and the metro to get to other city landmarks. Please do not disregard this hotel, just be informed :)

La atención muy buena. Cuando llegamos, Rudi nos enseñó un mapa de la ciudad y nos dió algunas indicaciones generales de la ciudad y recomendaciones. La comunicación cuando Rudi no estaba era a través del chat de Hotels.com, que por alguna razón no me funcionaba para responder, así que me conseguí el correo directo del texas. La habitación era muy limpia, aunque un poco pequeña para abrir las dos maletas que llevábamos. El baño limpio, aunque los colgadores para las toallas no eran muy resistentes y terminaron despegándose del muro. Las toallas no olían bien.
