Rigtig godt sted i Trastevere
Hyggeligt og rent værelse med god altan. Meget venlige værter (Lorenzo og Sonia), som bl.a. var gode til at hjælpe med idéer til udflugter. Service helt i top. God morgenmad, god stemning. Hyggeligt!

Das keine B u.B liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus und ist gut zu erreichen. alles war sauber und gepflegt. Zu einem richtigen Zuhause wird sie allerdings erst durch die netten Gastgeber Lorenzo und Tania. Hier hat einfach alles gepasst.

Enjoyable stay
Travelling solo, easy journey from the airport via train to Trastevere then a local tram and once I contacted Lorenzo to locate the apartment block it was then an easy check in. The room was super clean, very comfortable and quiet, with a newly fitted bathroom. Each breakfast time Lorenzo and Sophia spent time to chat to all their guests in every language. Breakfast was continental with fresh fruit each day. This small bed and breakfast is very friendly and welcoming. The cafes and bars of Trastevere are a 5-10 min walk away. Trams to the centre of Rome are close by but it is also a short 15 min walk to the river. I felt well looked after, thank you Lorenzo and Sophia

Great clean B&B for Exploring Rome - Amazing Hosts
I stayed for 3 weeks at this awesome B&B when I moved to Rome for a short 3 month work contract. I needed some where close to metro and train but close to a lively Roman neighborhood. This is the spot. I would recommend for what i needed or a shorter visit to Rome. It is walking distance to all the sites if you are reasonably fit yet in a less touristy location that is much quieter yet 5 mins walk to the great neighborhoods of Trastevere or Tesstachio where night life restaurants etc are a plenty. As for the rooms. They are very modern with all you need for a comfortable stay. They are kept exceptional clean and have AC and Heating. The Wifi is at times a bit patchy but it does the job on the whole. The bathroom is great and the only small criticism is the shower is a bit tight if your 6 foot! The couple who host you are amazing. Right from when i booked I was emailed and offered to have a transfer booked which was cheaper than the taxi set fare. Each day i had breakfast which was very well done with plenty of treats to select from. I got so much local advice from them. When I had some trousers to be repaired they even ran them to a store and picked them up for me. They where ultimate hosts. This is a great quiet spot if you want a base to explore Rome and prefer a more homely yet private and modern space to a hotel.

Sistemazione essenziale ma comoda. Appartamento in un palazzo anonimo nei pressi di viale trastevere. Camera spartana ma dotata di tutto il necessario, colazione sufficiente ma solo dolce. Titolari molto cortesi e disponibili. Discreto rapporto qualità prezzo.

A great hotel in the best suburb of Rome!
We arrived and were greeted by the lovely Lorenzo. The vibe was amazing straight away; clean, bright and spacious. Lorenzo showed us to our room and asked if we wanted him to show us how to get everywhere (by foot of course)! After walking around Rome for the afternoon, we slept so well as the hotel is just outside of the bustling Trastevere yet walking distance to Rome attractions. The continental breakfast on offer was yummy! We had pastries, yoghurt, muesli, fruit and toast and a cappucino. I think what made me really love this hotel is how lovely Lorenzo and Sonia are. We returned to eat panini one day and after we finished, Sonia bought out fruit for us. Also it is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in (and I am a clean FREAK)!

It was quite hard to find the hotel at first. We had an early flight and had to leave the hotel at 7:00am, there was no one around to ask for coffee or breakfast (even though at the price of 140 euros, it said breakfast was included). And finally, when walking back at night it was a little bit sketchy.

WONDERFUL!
Lorenzo and his wife treated my daughter and Ilike family. He gave us a map and showed us everywhere we wanted to go. This B&B was tucked out of the way of noise and ttourists, yet steps away from the weekend bazaar and metro. I hope to return. Trastvere is a nice area to stay in, and within a good walks distance to the Collesseum.

Excellent quality b+b. Our room was refurbished to a very acceptable standard. Shower toilet bidet wash basin en-suite. Good continental breakfast. Friendly host. 15 minute walk from river. Just off main tram route.

Rent, pent. Svært god service. Kjedelig uteområde
Enkel, rimelig og grei overnatting i Trastevere. Rene, romslige og pene rom. Ganske nytt. Enkel frokost. Svært hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Vi var svært skeptisk da vi ankom overnattingsstedet. Området i umiddelbar nærhet var kjedelig og virket øde. Men Trastevere ligger bare 5-10 minutters gange fra stedet. For oss var det greit siden vi ankom sent på kveld og skulle videre neste morgen. Skulle jeg vært flere dager i Roma ville jeg vurdert hotell med mer sjarmerende uteområde, men det er jo smak og behag. Rimelig, rent, hyggelig og greit. Meget rask wifi - og det er ikke en selvfølge i Italia.

Great value and great location
We were contacted in advance by owner to check details and he also gave us good directions and transport options to get to the hotel. On arrival we eventually found the reception - the accommodation is a group of about 6 rooms or so inside a residential (?) complex; the accommodation was signposted within the building but the signage is small (probably all they are allowed within the complex though). The location was great and safe enough to walk around at night outside. The rooms were excellent and well equipped, we got a (very) detailed run down on facilities upon arrival. Wifi worked well. The furniture and fittings were all new, excellent quality and in good condition. Room spotless. Lorenzo helped us book a taxi at a discounted rate when we left. Breakfast reasonable. The only negative was that there was this awful smell coming from the bathroom (maybe from a drain - smelled like a sewer???) we just shut the door but it did stink the room out a bit. Also the key to the front door of the reception wasn't the easiest to use (pretty much like every other place we stayed in in Italy tho... What is with keys and locks in Italy!) Would definitely stay again, awesome value for money. Thanks! :)

Ótima localização e simpatia dos proprietários
Lorenzo e sua esposa são extremamente simpáticos e prestativos. O BeB é super bem localizado e, valendo-se do TRAM, em poucos minutos se chega no Coliseu, por exemplo. Sugerimos uma melhora no café da manhã, que, apesar da qualidade, é bastante simples.

Angenehmes ruhiges B & B - sehr zu empfehlen!
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt - Lorenzo und seine Frau haben sich liebevoll um mich gekümmert, auch meinem Italienisch hat die Begegnung mit den beiden sehr gut getan. Mein Zimmer war angenehm hell und freundlich, Bad sehr schön, großer Balkon, 4. Stock in einem 6stöckigen Gebäude. Nachts konnte ich bei offenem Fenster schlafen, absolut ruhig trotz der ziemlich zentralen Lage. Die Straßenbahn nur wenige Minuten entfernt, Vatikan zu Fuß locker erreichbar, zum Fluß ist es auch nicht weit - ca. 15 min.

Vi hadde gleden av å bo på Trastevere,s friends i 5 dager som har 5 rom i en ombygd leilighet i 4. etasje. Stedet var enkelt og ta seg frem til fra flyplassen. vi tok lokaltoget til stasjonen Trastevere de Roma og spaserte opp hovedgaten derfra til "friens" som ligger i en sidegate til høyre. Togturen tok 30 min til 8 euro pro pers. og spaserturen 15 min. Alt var nytt, rent ,og pent med flott bad og ikke for myke senger. Rommet hadde kjøleskap og en romslig og koselig balkong med bord, stoler, planter og blomster. Denne vendte ut mot en gate uten gjennomgangstrafikk, s å det var stille både natt og dag. Rommet ble stelt hver dag. Vertskapet, et ektepar, var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Til frokost fikk vi knallgod kaffe, juice, yoghurt og toast samt syltetøy, ost og frukt. Stedet ligger tett på Trasteveres restaurantgater hvor det var meget folksom om kveldene. Med trikk og buss som har stoppested i umiddelbar nærhet var det raskt og enkelt å komme frem til det viktigste av Romas severdigheter. Trastevere's friends kan trygt anbefales til alle som søker et sted som passer til beskrivelsen. Hjertelig takk for oss! May & Sigmund

juste parfait
Trastevere's Friends est une excellente adresse pour quelques jours à Rome. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la localisation (tout peut être fait à pied ou avec le tramway, très pratique au bout de la rue), le confort (chambres avec tout l'équipement moderne) et un chaleureux accueil (prévenant sans être excessif). Ne pas hésiter à choisir Trastevere's Friends!

A little out of the way, but quiet neighborhood and still close to Trastevere. Nice couple running the hotel. No 24 hour reception, so make sure you get the key early.

Recently opened
Trastevere’s Friends open in July after an extensive state of the art renovation of a big flat in a modern residential area of Tratevere. The area is safe and close to public transport. It is run by a friendly family. The rooms and bathrooms are newly decorated and very clean. I would stay again in Trastevere’s Friends.

Brilliant little B and B in a good location
I loved this place! Don't be put off by the strange building - it's a very ordinary looking apartment block with a rather dark, unimpressive entrance hall. But when you get in the lift to the 4th floor and enter Travasteres Friends - you will get a lovely surprise! It's simple, beautifully done in a modern way. Rooms are spotless, showers ditto - plus air con for those hot sticky Rome days and nights. Lorenzo and his wife are delightful, charming and helpful. Lovely simple breakfast is provided. My room had a little balcony - don't know if they all do. Highly recommend for great value for money, location and charm.
