We liked how polite and friendly the cleaner was and the room was a good size, airy and spacious. Toilet is right infront of the shower so not sure how you could sit down with long legs but it was fine for us! We liked where it is it’s about 15 minutes walk out from the Vatican next to the market and about an hour to the Roman Forum ( treck fountain and Pantheon are just 10 minutes closer than this). We weren’t let in on the first night due to a misunderstanding with late arrival so had to stay at the Hotel Franklin instead. Casa Boschi waved the city tax as a refund for this so all dealt with. Nice and quiet on a night as it is in a residential area but nice restraunts just around the corner. Would return for the great price

This place is ok but i never met any one from this place, the toilet bowl space is just 6 inches from the shower, you have to sit on it from one side,, is ok for kids but if you are over than 5 feet you gonna have problems doing your thongs.

Both members of staff were lovely, was a short walk from the vatican and metro station, was very clean. Would definately stay again if we decide to go back to rome.

Staff are very friendly, pleasant and accommodating. We requested an hour and a half more to check out and they agreed with no hesitations. Location is topnotch. Transportation is excellent, very close to bus stops going to metro to colosseo. Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and St Peters Basilica are very close. It can be walkable if you don’t mind the heat during summer.

The staff were absolutely amazing. The Property show signs of aging and a bit run down but doable if you staying for couple of nights. It offer a unique experience compared to traditional hotels.

The only thing this place has going for them is the proximity to the Vatican city (20 mins walk). And proximity to the metro. However, the mattress is stained and the bathroom needs a major revamp. Oh and no actual breakfast.... But luckly there was a cute cafe at the corner of the street....

There is no on site parking. The air conditioner is a air blower. You can't close the window since you need vent the hot air. You can hear all the noise. It is cheap since I have free night from hotel. It is very close to vitican.

Femme de chambre très sympathique mais c’est tout ! Pour les toilettes il ne faut pas mesurer plus d’un mètre sinon on a plus de place pour les jambes ! Petit déjeuner pas terrible voir carrément inexistant certains jours ! Comme le ménage en chambre qui n’est pas fait tous les jours . Point fort relativement proche du Vatican.

Pleasant stay in a near-city venue. Only negative was glass doors on WC (and didn’t shut) that were an uncomfortable experience for my wife and myself. Perhaps better doors would provide more comfort. Concierge was very amenable and a wonderful smile.

O pior experiência possível

Tivemos a pior experiência possível neste local. Foi constado um problema no aquecedor de água, e a proprietária, Irene, apareceu somente 2h depois do ocorrido. No dia seguinte tivemos o mesmo problema e por quase 4h tivemos que insistir para a mesma nos ajudar com uma solução. Ela simplesmente dizia que não podia fazer nada, que não trabalhava com hidráulica, que o problema era no boiler e que no dia seguinte seria feriado em Roma e ninguém poderia arrumar. Tivemos que ouvir ainda "se quiserem na cozinha tem água quente". Alguém toma banho na pia da cozinha? Depois de muita dor de cabeça, pedindo uma solução para ela (pedíamos apenas para tomar um banho quente, que é o mínimo que se espera de um B&B), ela resolveu nos levar para um Hotel. Arrumamos todas nossas coisas e seguimos. Na recepção do Hotel, enquanto ela fazia nossa reserva, ainda reclamou para o atendente da recepção, dizendo que reclamávamos demais, que queríamos muito de um B&B. Apenas lembrando também que quase perdemos nossas entradas ao Vaticano, pois estávamos esperando ela para tomar banho no primeiro dia pela manhã, não tomamos sequer um café da manhã. Infelizmente não posso recomendar este local, mas se nada tivesse acontecido iria realmente recomendar, pois é confortável e de fácil acesso.

Nagyon jó választás volt ez a szálláshely. Az elhelyezkedése kiváló, a Szent Péter tér gyalog 10 percen belül elérhető. Érkezés előtt mindenképp érdemes felhívni a szállásadót, annak érdekében, hogy a bejelentkezés gördülékenyen menjen. Javaslom, hogy telefonáljon, mert az email-re nem nagyon reagálnak. A szobalány nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt végig, a szoba mérete megfelelő és mindig nagy tisztaság fogadott minket, amikor este hazaértünk. A szobához légkondi is tartozik, így könnyű elviselni a meleg római éjszakákat. A reggeli során friss croissant és kávét kaptunk. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom! It was a really great choice. The location is brilliant, the St.Peter basilica situated only 10 minutes walking distance! There are several bars, bakery and restaurant in the nearby. It is suggested to call the guest house before your arrival in order to inform them about the time of your check-in. The chambermaid is very kind and helpful, she was very polite all the time. The breakfast was also fine, croissant, coffe and juice were available. I can recommend this guest house for everyone!

Casa bochi was my favorite place to stay so far! They make you feel like family... but a good family, who respects your space. Breakfast was perfect every morning and so great to have the little kitchen there. 10/10 recommend.
