Nice stay

Very good location, close by some sightseeings of Rome, like Fontana di Trevi and Patheon (within walking range). Also close to the Barberini metro station, which makes access really good. The room I got was small (single person) but good enough for my short trip. It was clean and the staff was friendly. I had a good experience there!

We will need to look for a place that can accommodate a person who can’t do stairs next time. There was no way tp access the hotel without at least 10 stair steps. My husband ended up in emergency the first night from missing a stair step. The brunch was EXCELLENT. Best I have ever been to. The elevator was out of service on check out day. Luckily the staff came to help us take luggage down four flights of stairs.

not for people with mobility issues. bed in stairs loft and bathroom on first floor. joseph wasnt overly friendly or helpful. other staff members went above. nice private bath and conveniently located. do not have shuttle service but can call you a taxi.if booking in advance add an additional charge. airport taxi twenty more than stated on website, coffee and tea not restocked and unwilling to replinish

First all staff were pleasant and helpful to deal with. The room itself was clean and adequate enough for our use. The location was extremely convenient as it was in walking distance of many historic sites and restaurants. The only few things that I would nitpick would be either the ac was weak or didn't work, but cooled down during the night compared to late afternoon. The labelling of the doors was a bit confusing at first as the key code is not on the door itself, but the adjacent hallway. Sometimes you will get guests trying your door figuring out the room. Again since we were mostly out, it didn't affect us as much. Overall for the located and the friendly staff I recommend !

BED BUGS

My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare due to a severe BED BUG infestation. We were covered in painful bed bug bites throughout our stay. Despite multiple complaints, the hotel staff was unresponsive and did nothing to address the issue. The consequences were devastating—we had to discard our belongings to prevent bringing these pests home, incurring significant expenses. The hotel showed no concern for the distress caused. Furthermore, the bathroom emitted a putrid odor throughout our stay, and the air conditioning did not work. This establishment lacks basic hygiene and upkeep. Avoid this hotel at all costs unless you want to risk a ruined vacation and the costly aftermath of dealing with a bed bug infestation.

El hotel está limpio y céntrico, lo malo es que se escuchan los ruidos de las habitaciones, reportamos mucho escándalo de la habitación que estaba frente a nosotros, y la recepcionista nos dijo que nosotros fuéramos a decirles que se callaran, a la habitación le falta espacio para guardar cosas y un espejo. Fuera de eso la atención es buena el Sr de la recepción muy amable, el Sr que nos ayudó con las maletas también, la limpieza súper bien.

El personal del Hotel Al Manthia fue muy amable y servicial. La localización es excelente si deseas descubrir por tu cuenta Roma a pie. La habitación cómoda y remodelada, con amplio baño. Nuestra habitación tenía balcón con vista a la calle principal. Hay que tener en cuenta que es un edificio antiguo cuyo ascensor es pequeño, sin embargo, no tuvimos ninguna dificultad. Importante mencionar que el hotel tiene múltiples niveles con escalones. El desayuno es variado estilo bufet. De regresar a Roma, seguro nos hospedaremos en este hotel.

Weekend i Rom

Ett litet hotell som ligger bra till, nära Spanska trappan och Fontana di Trevi. Nära tunnelbanan och bussar. Rent och fräscht med bra frukost. Rummet vi fick hade inte så mycket golvutrymme runt sängen men det funkade, vi var inte på rummet så mycket.

Bom custo benefício

Quarto para 3 pessoas, camas confortáveis, uma queen em um mezanino e uma casal na parte de baixo. Quarto pequeno, malas tiveram que ficar no chão e as roupas ficaram nas malas, sem armários. Bom banheiro. Café da manhã muito bom, variado. A localização é muito boa, perto de metrô, da Fontada de Trevi, de vários restaurantes. O hotel tem elevador, mas para entrar no hotel, a recepção fica no sub-solo, então ao entrar tem que descer com as malas por um lance de escadas.

Don't stay here

Please don't waste your money here! The accommodations are subpar, outdated and the place has nothing special or distinguished. The shower didn't drain, the walls were dirty, the bed was very stiff and uncomfortable, and like mentioned in previous comments, the AC does not work. The staff is not the most helpful, the location is purely okay and the walls are incredibly thin as I was woken up several times through the evening by neighbors walking down the hallway. I don't understand how this place has the rating it has, especially considering the price range.
