Cozy room just a short walk from Rome Termini station, which made it incredibly convenient for travel and exploring the city. The area felt safe and was well-connected to major attractions. The room was clean, quiet, and had all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for a simple, central base in Rome.

Gostei muito da acomodação! O ambiente é limpo, organizado e conta com funcionários extremamente prestativos. Todos os dias eles passavam para trocar as toalhas e fazer a limpeza. O quarto é amplo, tem uma boa TV, frigobar e conta com elevador no prédio. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso ao metrô e várias opções de restaurantes, bares e mercados nas proximidades. Fizemos praticamente tudo a pé, pois é relativamente perto (para quem tem disposição). Como sairíamos de madrugada para pegar um voo muito cedo, precisávamos de algo próximo à estação, e esse lugar foi um verdadeiro achado. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar em uma próxima viagem!

This place is run by the same team that runs the Friendship place. This was on a different floor, so not as noisy as the room on the first floor by the reception. The sirens and street noises is really what made it so loud. The hair dryer at this place was broken. Otherwise this was just fine. It had a mini fridge, and a TV. It had great proximity to stores, cafe, restaurants and the train station.

Sehr netter Inhaber der Unterkunft! Bei 2 Sternen darf man nicht viel erwarten, daher war es dafür gut. Leider recht laut und hellhörig, aber für den Preis kann man nichts sagen.

Nice hotel, fairly basic but as only in Rome for 3 nights, had everything we needed. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only downside was that our double bed was just two singles pushed together where one of the beds was slightly higher than the other.

El hotel no tiene nada que ver con las fotos que muestran en la aplicación, el wifi no funcionó se informó y no fue resuelto, lo único bueno fue que no guardaron el equipaje por 3 horas después de la salida que es a la 10.30.

You get what you pay for

We arrived in Rome in a scorching hot day of summer. Great location just 4 minutes from Termini. It’s an old building (as most lodging places in the area) but rooms are ok. No complains at all only pillows could be better and also have something to hold the soap in the shower installed. Other than that everything was good. A/C worked perfectly! (Very important)

Vi fick vänta länge (40min) innan någon kom och kunde checka in oss, vi ringde flera gånger. Men när de väl kom så var de väldigt trevliga! Rummet var helt okej, badrummet var ganska ofräscht, lite mögel i duschen och slitet. Väldigt högljutt, man hörde allt från gatan och andra gäster. Men vi är inte så kräsna så det var helt okej. Låg väldigt bra och nära till tåg, buss och tunnelbana. Vi är nöjda! Men hade kunnat vara lite renare i badrummet.

First off when we went to the property to check, we were told after check in that we were staying at their other property which was another 9 minute walk away, bid inconvenience. Also the drains in the room Stink horribly, cleaning practices are horrible, you could see black mold on the ceiling.

Convenient location but poor experience.

The check in place was very hard to find. The shower was broken when we arrived. They did fix it quickly, but it continued to flood the floor.there was a sewage smell from the shower at times. The walls were paper thin and it was very Loud.

Nothing like the pictures. Beds were uncomfortable, I don’t think these are meant to be hotel rooms but they made them into them. Super noisy staff and because it’s inside a big facility with other “hotels” there’s people being loud constantly, walls are thin. My window was a straight view of the garbage.

I thought this place was decent. It wasn’t marked well so I had a tough time finding it. No blanket, just sheets. They never gave me my change when I paid the city tax. Make sure you have the correct change. I don’t know if I would stay again. The early check in was great.

Done it’s job

Not worth £400+ euros. If you’re looking for the shabby hotel from the film just married you’ve found it. Looks nothing like the pictures. We were given the address to check in which we had to phone as the buzzer wasn’t working so was stood outside for 20 minutes. We then got taken to a completely different building to our room as it was quieter, which to be fair it was. Our room again nothing like the photos, had mould along side the window, furniture from the 1960’s, rock hard mattress and 1 very thin pillow. Our toilet was leaking and when I messaged the property owner to switch rooms fix the toilet I was ignored. We did get clean bedding and towels each day which we liked and the air condition worked fine. Water pressure was good however would never go warm or hot. Walls were paper thing heard everyone going to the toilet throughout the night and even having sex as if we were right next to them it was that clear. The room did its job for being a place to sleep and freshen up however the room condition was just awful, marks all over the wall, toilet leaking, mould on the window overall not great.

Host kept knocking on our door when we said that we were busy insisting on speaking with us, turns out he simply forgot to write down our I’d numbers but couldn’t wait until we walked down later.

Enige dat goed was, was de de locatie. Onverzorgd en verouderd (niet zo als op de foto's),tussen de propere handdoeken was er haar van de vorige gebruiker. Douchekop houder was kapot en heel onhandig om haar te wassen.

Think twice and read other travellers review

Over priced. No wifi. Told man6 excuses. Tiny bathroom, campervans have larger showers. I wasn't to impressed with my experience.

Clean place near Termini

If you are looking for a place to stay near Termini (maybe the night before an early flight out), I would be happy to recommend the Angelica. If you are familiar with the area, you know that these little “pensione” type hotels are all over. This one was very clean and the water pressure was simply amazing. I would happily stay again. The owners may have more than one facility so you may need to call the number on the placard outside on the street to alert them of your arrival

Clean and friendly hotel close to the main station

The room was very clean and the staff very accomodating and friendly. Located on a side street away from the main station made access easy, but at the same time the hotel is located away from the busiest street. The only minus was that the room was located right next to the reception, and the doors are quite thin.. Same with outside noises. If possible, ask for a room on the upper floors, or remember earplugs.
