Gentilissimo cliente potrà sempre criticare qualsiasi cosa lei abia prenotato e non trovato, ma in questo caso l'errore non è della struttura. Lei ha effettuato una prenotazione per l'unica camera con bagno condiviso. La differenza la fa il prezzo. la camera costa quasi la metà, rispetto alle camere con bagno ensuit. Più onesto di cosi noi non possiamo vendere le camere. Ma certamente bisognerebbe essere perlomeno consci di quanto prenotato. cordialmente Astoria team

We are very pleased you appreciated the improved and enriched breakfast. Concerning maintenance this september the water-tank needed to be completely emptied to make yearly limescale removal. We tried to do this still in a period, where the weather is gentle and warm, to reduce guests-bother to a minimum. Sometimes unfortunately short interventions are unavoidable, so yesterday oct.9, when gas-meters were completely replaced with new ones. But this kind of interventions are really (necessary una tantum) exceptions and we see that fortunately it did not spoil your all-over experience with us. Dear guest, our property is at floor 4 and 5 of an ancient building. There is an elevator, but some steps are to climb up to reach the fifth floor. We surely understand that guests with mobility restrictions need specific locations. I am very sorry that our guesthouse does not meet the necessities of disable guests.

Communications are indeed necessary when booking a guesthouse with check-in time restrictions, while we are not able to offer a 24h service like hotels do. We thoroughly gave you all necessary instructions before arriving. We understand your concern and would like to remark for other readers, that we now are able to offer number codes for late-checking- in guests, that needs to be required, as clearly marked in our booking details.
