Modernes sauberes Hotel, direkt an einer Ubahn Station der Linie B, das Umfeld ist typische italienische Vorstdadt nicht unbedingt einladend, aber man überquert nur den Vorplatz und ist direkt in der U-Bahn Station

Good option for an affordable price

Very nice cost-benefit hotel. It's clean, comfortable, and very well located (Right in front Pietralata station). The shower is excellent providing a huge amount of water. If you need some drink or food, the Hotel offers some options to buy in the hall.

Schoon en hygienisch, ruime kamer en schone badkamer. Goed ontbijt. Receptie is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hotel ligt boven op een metrostation, van hier uit kan je jouw dagtrips eenvoudig plannen.

Tricked by Hotel Staff

I reserved for 1 night at the hotel. Upon checked in I found I was given the smallest room (long and narrow) on the ground floor (#908), right outside was the street. The window glass was opaque and a street light that would shine through so curtain has to be drawn all the time. (In the morning I also found out that train noise starts at ~6am). I talked to the staff and asked that if I booked 4 more nights, would I be given a better room on the 1st floor? I was told to make the booking first then she would check. Thinking that during the pandemic the hotel would not be fully booked I took her advice. After the booking I was told that there would be no availability and no way to change the room, I was not even offered to move into another room for 3, or 2 or 1 night. She simply would not do anything. I was stuck with the room for 5 nights. I checked hotels.com right away and found that I could reserve 4 rooms for 4 nights, proving availability.

Great, unless you happen to be British or Chinese!

Very clean, nice decor, friendly staff, conveniently close to the Metro line so easy to get to the centre. However, rather disappointing for us as an Anglo-Chinese couple because they have no coffee or tea making facilities in the rooms. When we enquired they could only suggest we use the microwave situated downstairs right opposite the reception desk to boil water, which is a bit awkward when you want a hot drink first thing in the morning before getting up properly. There is a drinks machine in the breakfast room which can provide hot water, but it is only occasionally switched on and when we did use it once we were told it was intended only for the use of guests purchasing breakfast, which we did not want to do. We understand that many hotels in Italy do lack kettles for their guests, but hotels do invariably provide them in both England and China and if they did not they would lose business big time. If Italian hotels do want to make themselves attractive to the British and the (rapidly growing) Chinese markets, they should provide convenient hot water for drinks, even a boiled water urn in the corridor would do (as is available in some of the cheaper guest houses in China).

Πολυ ωραιο ξενοδοχειο.. τα δωμάτια πολυ ομορφα και ο χώρος γενικότερα.. ολα πολυ καθαρά η καθαρίστρια ερχοταν καθε μερα και μας καθάριζε το δωματιο.. ειναι μονο ενα τεταρτο απο το κέντρο της Ρώμης με το μετρό και διπλα ακριβως εχει ενα τεράστιο σουπερ μαρκετ που εχει τα παντα μεσα.. Οσο για την εξυπηρέτηση στην ρεσεψιόν ηταν άψογη η κοπελα που μας υποδέχτηκε ηταν παρα πολυ καλη μαζι μας,μας βοήθησε παρα πολυ δίνοντας μας χάρτη και εξηγώντας μας πολυ αναλυτικά που να παμε και επισης στο γυρισμό για το αεροδρόμιο μας εκτύπωσε ακομα και τα δρομολόγια του τρένου για να τα εχουμε μαζι μας.. Εμεις μείναμε πολυ ευχαριστημένοι σας το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

La atención de las recepcionistas muy buena, dias antes el hotel nos envio un correo de bienvenida indicandonos como llegar nos ayudo mucho, super limpio, el desayuno muy bueno, solo falta variedad en las frutas y el WiFi excelente.. Volveré a este lugar.. No esta centrico pero a pasos una estacion de metro te conecta con todo. Super cerca un supermercado grande que tambien nos ayudo mucho..

Muy buen hotel. Personal amable, limpio, buen aspecto, excelente relación calidad precio. El sector es de barrio local, pero lo mas importante y que respalda la decisión de alojamiento, es que tienes la estación del metro a 10 metros y una serie de supermercados grandes, medianos y pequeños económicos y de gran variedad en frente y a los lados. Zona tranquila no muy bonita pero segura. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme en este hotel.
