직원이 너무 친절 추천해준 레스토랑도 모두 너무 맛있었음. 바티칸, 트라스테베레 모두 도보 가능거리. 조식도 간단하지만 맛있음. 네스프레소 머신이 있어 언제나 이용할수 있고, 식당공간을 이용할수 있는점도 너무 좋았음

Receptionist was very nice and helpful providing us with maps she walked us through on how to get around Rome, where to eat/shop and recommendations. They also offer transfer to and from seaport and airports for a fee.

Staff are great, very helpful with recommendations! Room was clean, bed was comfy (and massive). Nice breakfast to get you going each morning.

Everybody was mazing! They even brought a new coffee machine in our room when another one wasn’t work on the second floor. Francesca is the best host!!! Thank you very much! Perfect location. Delicious breakfast. I would definitely recommend for everybody!

Everything else is excellent, but the hotel is right next to a very very noisy street, where cars drive really fast. Ear plugs are mandatory at night. The hotel is in the middle of the city, that’s wonderful. The breakfast is within a five-minute walk, and it’s very good and versatile. All employers are very kind, and service is excellent, with a couple of fresh bottles of water delivered into the room every day. We had a very pleasant stay! :)

Nice B&B in a great spot. We walked everywhere from there. The room was clean and bright. Close to the road, but not too noisy. Great communication with reception. They were extremely helpful. Tasty breakfast included in sister hotel close by. We would definitely stay here again.

L’emplacement est idéal pour tout faire à pied , Le petit déjeuner est à 5 min à pied et est très bien . Pas de réception mais le personnel est adorable et très disponible ( par watts app ils répondent en moins de 5 min à nos questions) Petit point négatif la chambre était beaucoup trop chaude à notre goût (chauffage réglé à 24 degré)

We had a great stay at the River Inn . The rooms were small but modern and cleaned daily. The staff were fantastic . Francesca in particular was very helpful. She helped us book transfers , suggested restaurants and pointed out areas of interest for us to visit. The location was good : 10 minute walk from Piazza Novona / main road where you can go on the ‘Big Bus Tour.’ The reception area isn’t always manned but they do have a WhatsApp number , so getting hold of someone isn’t a problem . The breakfast is a short walk at the sister hotel. The selection was good and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay ! Thank you again :)

From the get go Sarah the lady who assisted us through our entire stay was wonderful. She was very helpful with sending directions to places were wanted to go and answer text within a couple of minutes. The hotel was really nice and our room was spacious and comfortable. Our bed was so big you could fit a whole family in it lol The breakfast at the sister hotel was really nice with a lot of variety of pastries, cheese, fruit to choose from as well as bacon,eggs , sausage and beans Definitely will stay here again when we come back and we will stay longer . Thank you Sarah for everything

Friendly service, great location!
The location was perfect, and the room was clean and spacious. The front desk receptionist, Francesca, was very easy to work with when coordinating our check-in after a delayed flight, and she was a life saver in helping me get my luggage back after the airport lost it. And who doesn’t love free breakfast. Highly recommend this place!

This is an excellent hotel. it’s great area to wonder around. The guest services are absolutely top notch. The breakfast in the morning was also very good. I’d definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. They were cleaned everyday with fresh towels left. We had to leave early x2 mornings for tours and airport so the staff left our breakfast in our mini fridge so we did not lose out on a paid meal. The staff was exceptional. They met all of our needs while we were there. It was somewhat removed from restaurants, but we did walk to the Trastevere area a few times and there are multiple dining options there. The walk to the breakfast at the sister hotel was further than we expected. It was quite hard to get a taxi at this location, but once you walked to the hotel, a taxi could be procured quite quickly. The included breakfast at the hotel was delicious, many choices and great service. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Nice hotel in Rome!
Our stay in Rome River Inn was great! The hotel receptionist, Francesca, was very kind and gentle. The location is good and near several restaurants and bars - and not far from the main city attractions. The breakfast is served in another hotel located at 5min walk from Rome River Inn.

Overall I had a good stay. The staff were great and it really makes a difference. What caught my eye was the attention to detail vs. the price. The room that I stayed at needed TLC. The pictures are better than the actual room. Maintenance is important. There are two properties so be careful with the look. The 1st picture of the hotel is the sister property and not this one. I support small business yet it's important to have authentic marketing. It's not enjoyable to pay premium prices to get less than expected.

Nice location, clean and comfortable. However, the steps on the entrance made it difficult for my mother in law to enter the building. Also the breakfast was on another building so if you have trouble walking is not good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend it for young people who can walk easily as it is on a good location and is comfortable.

Everything was a perfect 10 except the mattress was hard ( please add a topper ) the stairs to and from the hot tub were slippery! Please add more security strips to the stairs. In addition, some of the wood flooring had buckled and was catching on my shoes. Please know that the breakfast is not at the bed-and-breakfast. You have to walk about how far 10 minutes 10 minutes to get to the hotel serving your breakfast and navigate down a Spiral Staircase and more stairs. Yes, the property does have a lift, but if you have any condition, I was healing from broken ankle. Please know that there is a full set of marble stairs, and then one step once on the ground floor to enter the unit! so not good for anyone does have a disability problems.

We had such a lovely stay here and the hotel manager Francesca was the best thing about the hotel. She was suuuper accomodating, helped us plan our time in Rome. Gave us amazing recommendations that we followed up with and were so happy about. The room we stayed in was super spacious! The bathroom was modern and fresh. Great lighting for us girlies when doing our makeup. The shower was nice but it can take a little while for the water to heat up! But I thought that was charming :) We really have nothing to complain about and only boast about. Two things to note is that breakfast is in another nearby hotel. Took us like 5 minutes to walk there. I kinda liked that because it got us out of the room in the morning for fresh air :) you can sit indoors or outside for breakfast. The food offer was good too! Just enough choices for a yummy breakfast. The second thing is that the rooms don't have the best isolation. I didn't think too much of this though. I think it's mostly when people are out in the corridor that we heard them super well but not when guests were in their rooms :) for this reason we went about singing out songs as we pleased. Overall, super happy about this hotel. GREAT LOCATION. Everything was soooo near. Literally EVERYTHING. Wow. Walking home from trastevere late at night, tired and a little tipsy took like 15 minutes tops. And going around during the day to pantheon or whatever took like 15 minutes too. I really nailed it with this one. My friend was happy!

On arival we where greeted by a lovely stafmember, she explained everything from security codes for 24h acces to the building to how the jacuzzi work(depending what room you book ofcourse). Also she fave a map and gave us a few recommendations on where to eat and places to visit (besides the obvious). The room is an adequate size and fairly clean, some dust here and there. The jacuzzi smelled a bit funky when the fan is turned on for bubbles, seemed to us that it needed a good internal rinse/ cleaning. We opted for the breakfast for our entire stay, this is at their main hotel (Navona street hotel) which is a 4/5 min walk from the hotel. Breakfast is simple, scrambled eggs, sausage, beans and bacon, and a small variety of cheese and salami. Not bad, just like I said its simple. They do offer a shuttle service from an to the hotel but the regular cabs charge 10 euro less (its a fixed price for all cabs from an to FCO Airport, 50 euro). All and all not bad but probably well be looking for another hotel for our next visit
