혼자 간다면야..
로마가 2번째 방문이라서 나보나 광장 근처인 곳으로 숙소를 잡겠다고 하여 찾은 곳입니다. 처음 로마를 방문하는 여행객들은 대부분 떼르미니역으로 숙소를 잡습니다. (투어를 할 경우 모임장소가 떼르미니역 근처이고, 한인민박이 대부분 떼르미니역 근처에 있기 때문이겠죠??) 저는 투어도 따로 하지 않고 순수 자유여행이었기 때문에 나보나 광장 근처로~ 우선 위치는 좋습니다. 골목을 잘 못찾아서 첫날 숙소가는 길 조금 헤맸지만, 한번 가면 바로 찾아다닐 정도입니다. 나보나 광장과 가깝기 때문에 로마의 명소는 걸어서 다닐만한 거리입니다. 콜로세움, 포로로마노, 스페인광장, 바티칸 다 걸어서 갔습니다. 위치는 아주 좋습니다. 숙소는 혼자 여행이기에 싱글룸으로 잡았는데..(개인적으로는 조금 돈을 더 주고 호텔로 가는게 나았을거라는 생각이 들었습니다. 싱글룸에 창문이 없었습니다.) 방은 혼자 지낸다면 뭐 지낼만 합니다. = 청소도 깨끗하게 해주셔서 청결부분도 좋았지만, 창문이 없어서 불편했습니다. 스탭분들도 친철하시구요. 그러나 방음이 잘 안되었습니다. 저는 위치때문에 이 숙소를 선택했고, 잘때만 있었기 때문에 지낼만 했으나, 호텔정도를 기대하지는 마시구요. 그리고 조식은 따로 식당이 없어, 쿠폰을 줍니다. 쿠폰을 가지고 근처에 지정된 카페?같은 곳에 가면, 크루아상과 커피를 먹을 수 있습니다.

Værelset er utrolig godt placeret i hyggeligt kvarter i Rom. Værelset fejler egentlig ikke noget i sig selv, men foyen er utrolig kedelig og trist, sengen ufattelig dårlig og tv’et på værelset virkede ikke. Der ville komme et nyt efter vores afrejse. Vi blev tilbudt et andet værelse, men det synes ikke at være meget bedre. Vi blev derfor på det første værelse vi blev tilbudt. Kommunikationen foregik på Whatsapp og udlejer svarede som regel på vores spørgsmål. Enkelte aftener var der ikke varmt vand i hanerne. Udlejer lovede at undersøge problemet, men vendte aldrig tilbage. Der var rent på værelset som hver dag blev rengjort. Vi kommer ikke tilbage, men beliggenheden var både central og charmerende og der ligger en utrolig god restaurant i stueetagen.

Great location in walking street close to Piazza Nevona. Good size of room and nice bathroom. Simple accommodation but in an pittoresk building, very Italian. No reception, but easy to manage and meet owner for keys.

It was a nice day. The hotel was nice and clean nice and safe it’s on top of the restaurant so you do hear some noise but they usually shut down around 1030 11 o’clock.

La hora del check in es hasta las 6pm cuando es un hotel y podrías llegar a la hora que sea. Al igual la limpieza, si no te despertabas temprano ya no te hacían limpieza, cuando son vacaciones y puedes dormir mucho.

We arrived late but instructions on how to get in were clear. There was a kettle and herbal tea and coffee available in the lobby. Location was ideal but at a reasonable price. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

A great place tucked away from the busy street
A great little place that is on top of some random street. It's such a quaint hotel with comfy beds, nice washrooms and showers and very courteous staff. AC worked as intended, which is super important when you're talking about the 35 degree weather. Would book again for sure, is a short walk to everything worth seeing in Rome.

Clean but difficult
We never saw anyone at the reception. You have to climb about 50 steps just to the hotel. Then about 30 steps to our room. Way too much for two girls with large suitcases and no help. The room and bathroom very clean and nice.

A guest house in the perfect location
Overall a great place to stay for the location if nothing else, you can walk to all the key tourist attractions in a variety of directions (Colossseum, Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon). And on top of this, the immediate area is great for restaurants, bars, shops, etc - a great night time vibe, not too touristy, busy with a mix of locals and tourists, we ate and drank at some great places. As other people have mentioned, this is more of a guest house than a hotel so just need to bear that in mind. Check in is fine, just be sure to arrange your time of arrival in advance. Rooms are nice and comfortable, I wouldn't spend much chill out time here (in terms out our room anyway) as it was quite small and a little dark, but the bed was super comfy and a great shower, also who needs to chill at the hotel when you are in Rome. There is just an espresso machine, kettle and tea bags in the reception area with little plastic cups. No milk provided but there is a shop over the road. It would be a nice touch to add actual porcelain cups to the rooms etc (for us English tourists anyway!) nice friendly staff who make you feel welcome. Be aware there are steps up to the main door, and also some rooms are a further flight of stairs up as well. Whenever you leave or arrive you will always find someone having their photo taken on the stairs outside as it is quite pretty!

I stayed 6 nights in this property. First issue was that staffs were not available almost all the time, I could only see them 9:30 ~ 11:30am each day. so when I had issue, I couldn't contact them (there is no phone, and almost all the time their internet connection not available!) Second issue was their internet connection not available. If you need internet connection to arrange your vacation plan and to connect to online relax in your bed after exhausted day, this is not the place. I stayed 6 nights in this property and barely had the internet connection, total of less than 5 hours for 6 nights stay. Owner said it is not her problem and connection in that area, but I can see no issue on the restaurant outside. I had to carry my laptop ad search for places every night to connect internet to arrange my plan. So frustrated and so disappointed, my wife was so angry every time we get in this property. Third, bathroom sink and shower not drain, and of course staffs were not available at that time, I had to take out all the dirty black tar kind of things out of the drain to clean by myself. The night before I leave, I tell owner that I will "complain" about these, so hopefully she listen what I'm saying, she cut it and say, "this is guest house and if you want full service, you better go to the hotel!", so I didn't feel to say anything anymore. The property is about 30 mins walking range in many good places, but no benefit since we take buses all the time to save energy anyway

Great staff, very help. Our luggage was lost and they helped us call the airport service and assist with translation. Nice place, good location in relation to the sights of Rome. Important to note there are a lot of stairs, so there are probably people who wouldn't love that aspect - but it made the place so unique!

The staff were incredible. So helpful and kind. The hotel is beautiful, in a great location. Central to everything! The room is small, but super nice. The bathroom has recently been redone and its lovely. Highly recommend.

Miközben a párommal Róma utcáin keresgéltük a szállás helyét, önfeledten bámészkodtunk a környék hangulatos utcáin, utcazenészek, lágy szellő, pezsgő élet. Egyszer csak megszólalt a párom, hogy "Nézd ezt a kis utcát, milyen romantikus lenne ha majd egyszer itt szállnánk meg!" Ránéztem a gps-re és kiderült hogy pont a keresett cím előtt álltunk... :) Simán a legjobb környék Rómában, ha visszamegyünk egyszer, biztos itt szállunk majd meg. Először azt hittük, hogy hotel szobát foglaltunk, de igazából egy 7-8 szobás guesthouse -ban kaptunk szobát. Claudia, a tulaj, nagyon kedves és mindenben segített, nagyon odaadóan és szeretettel foglalkozott a vendégeivel. Reggeli nem volt, de a környék tele volt éttermekkel, kisebb boltokkal stb. A Deluxe szobában volt egy fürdőkád az ágyunk mellett és rengeteg gyertya. Wifi, légkondi, reggeli kávé is járt a szobához. Arra is odafigyeltek, hogy az ágy meg a párna is pihe-puha legyen. Ha meg kéne említeni 1 dolgot ami nem tetszett max annyit tudnék mondani hogy jó lett volna egy extra szék az ágyam mellé. Hálásak vagyunk hogy itt tölthettünk 1 estét. :)

I liked its location. It was walking distance to all the main places in Rome. 20 minutes from the Vatican. 25 minutes from the Colloseum, 10 minutes from the Pantheon, 15 minutes from Trevi Fountain.

Fuimos a pasar el fin de semana mi novio y yo. Nos gusto mucho, nuestra habitación estaba muy limpia, la decoración es moderna y se nota que lo reformaron hace poco. El baño estaba fenomenal y cogimos habitacion con jacuzzi que funcionaba perfectamente! La dueña esta disponible via email para todo lo que necesitas en todo momento. Hay cafetera nespresso e impresora lo que se agredece bastante! La ubicacion es lo mejor de todo. Esta en una calle peatonal con muchas tiendas y restaurantes monos donde se come fenomenal. A 5min andando de plaza navona, a 10 de vaticano, a 15 de trastevere.... en conclusion! Nos gusto mucho todo y no decepciono!!
