AMAZING!

Our family had an exceptional stay with Be Mate Trastevere in Rome. The location was perfect - it was conveniently situated close to all the essentials like grocery stores, restaurants, cafes and close to the sites we wanted to see. The apartment itself exceeded all expectations. Unlike previous experiences, where accommodations fell short of the advertised photos, this one was even more stunning, spacious, and luxurious than anticipated. The air conditioning was a true lifesaver during our stay. Travelling as a family, we all felt SO comfortable here. The living area was perfectly designed for group gatherings and dinners (with a fully equipped kitchen). The bedrooms were a highlight, offering superbly comfortable beds that ensured restful nights of sleep. The well-equipped bathrooms and showers added to the overall convenience. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by Be Mate's team. They went above and beyond to assist us, even coming to our aid when we had a key mishap. Their kindness and willingness to address any concerns or queries greatly enhanced our experience (Thank you Annalisa!) In a heartbeat, I would choose to return to this property. It left a lasting impression with its fantastic location, stunning interiors, and amazing team. Thank you immensely for making our stay memorable and enjoyable!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und großzügig geschnitten. Wir hatten genug Platz mit 5 Personen. Das Schlafsofa eignet sich allerdings nur bedingt als Schlafplatz, für uns war es ok, aber wenn man Rückenprobleme hat wird es schwierig, da die Matratze ziemlich durchgelegen ist. Bei Einkunft hat uns Sabrine herzlich empfangen und alles in der Wohnung erklärt, auch bei Problemen in der Wohnung ( wir hatten Schwierigkeiten Handtuchtrockner im Bad richtig einzustellen) wurde uns schnell geholfen. Die gesamte Kommunikation mit der Rezeption lief sehr schnell und nett. Die Gegend ist gut und sicher. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
