We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was convenient to walk to many sites, the staff were warm and helpful and the room, though small, was perfect for what we needed. We had a balcony and enjoyed being able to sit outside and just listen to the sounds. There was a communal coffee and snack station in the entry. This was great. We stayed at another hotel the end of our trip and had a very different experience. My only complaint/suggestion is to add a glass door to the shower. For some reason there was only a glass partition and no way to shower without getting water all over the floor. We would stay here again.

The property was clean, the staff was excellent. Special mention for Antony. He is a very pleasant and helpful gentleman. He waited for us outside when we arrived, showed us where everything was on a map and how to get there. When we were leaving he booked a taxi for us at 6:30am and he actually came to make sure the taxi showed up and we had transportation to the airport. The rest of the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The lobby was stocked with all kinds of cookies, crackers, coffee, tea etc. rooms were clean, the AC worked great. If I am back in Rome, I most definitely will stay at this place again.

We didn't know what to expect here and it was different than anything in the US (obviously). Very cool once we adjusted. Owners/staff was VERY helpful at check-in and at check-out. Room was very clean. We were able to stay cool the entire time, AC was wonderful. Cool old building right in the heart of Rome. Loved it, would recommend.

Was a nice location but to get into the property was a challenge for me and another guest as well. This needs to be better communicated as they do not have a true reception. Service we got was A+
