The hotel is a Franciscan guest house staffed by very friendly and helpful lay persons with excellent command of English. My room was relatively small and simple but quite functional, clean and very quiet. It is very conveniently located. Both the Colosseum and main train station are 15-20 minute walks. Numerous dining options are also nearby.

Good location in the center of Rome. Nice breakfast. Rooms are small based on American standards, but we liked the option to sit outside in the evening on the patio

Loved this place! Clean, quiet, economical, and efficient that comes with a great breakfast each morning. The balcony was a treat. Masha at front desk was extremely helpful with all our questions and had great tips and suggestions. It ain’t fancy schmancy but it was perfect for our first stay in the eternal city. Spent four nights here and would stay again in a heartbeat.
