직원분들도 친절하고 방이 너무 깔끔하고 넓었어요! 위치도 떼르미니역에서 10~15분정도 걸리고 콜로세움도 걸어서 갈 만했습니다! 다음에도 이곳에서 머무르고 싶네요! :)

깔끔한곳에서 조용히 쉬고싶으신분 선택하세요!!
조용하고 깔끔했습니다. 왔다 갔다 할때마다 프론트에 열쇠를 맡겨야했지만 24시간 관리가 되어 좋았고요. 간결하지만 깔끔한 조식도 만족스러웠습니다. 주변이 조용해서 좋구요, 콜로세움까지 걸어서 12분정도 걸린것 같아요. 떼르미니역은 걸어서 3분 거리에 있는 역에서 한정거장만 가면됩니다. 도보로는 12분정도 걸릴것 같아요. 5분정도 걸어서 큰길에 나가면 식당도 많고 simply마켓도 가까워(5분) 거기에서 장을 봤습니다.

가성비 좋습니다. 방은 혼자쓰기에 충분히 넓었고 쾌적하고 직원분들도 친절하십니다. 조식도 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다. 지하철역 인근에 있고 떼르미니 역도 도보로 15분이면 갑니다. 3박 묵는동안 큰 불편함 없이 잘 지내다 왔어요~

테르미니는 걸으면 15분
여지껏 머물던 곳 중 가장 호텔스러움 조식이 완전 쏘 굿 깨끗하고 조용하고 5층 테라스도 분위기 있고 2-3분 거리에 코나드 마트가 있는데 많은 한국 사람이 안와서 선물 구입하기에 좋음. 방에 모기가 있었던 것 빼고 완전 맘에 들어서 또 온다면 이 곳에 머물 것임

Lovely and quiet, though central, walkable to many of the sights. Hotel was very clean, beds comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and there was a huge choice. The only thing I found missing was decaffeinated tea or coffee. The TV reception in the bedroom was very poor, however this was a minor nuisance. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend.

Hébergement très bien, propre et pratique. 1/4 d'heure à pied du Colisée et de la basilique St Jean de Latran. Le métro à 5mn à pied. Personnel très sympathique. Un tout petit bémol : pas de changement de serviettes lors de mon séjour de 4 jours.

Great staff, clean rooms
Great hotel, wonderful service staff is super friendly. Rooms very clean and the beds very very comfortable. Great terrace to hang out if you pick with room. Free breakfast is a huge plus. Very yummy . The only con, it had no fridge in the room. The walk to the colosseum is about 20 min . Not bad.

Ruhige saubere Unterkunft mit gutem Frühstück. Da es kein eigenes Restaurant hat, hätte ich mir aber gewünscht den Frühstücksraum mit einer Mikrowelle auszustatten, um sich Abends mal schnell etwas warm machen und essen zu können.

I thought the hotel for my B and B to be excellent value...really excellent. And in Rome I have paid more for b and b in Oban Scotland and far lower standard If you are looking for b anb hotel in Rome you should consider here

Concerted convent into a hotel. No restaurant or bar. Free breakfast was mediocre. All tile floors in room. Very basic. Location was ok. Staff was excellent. Probably would not stay again.

Quick stay in rome.
We were only here one night. Quiet room in a good location. There was a bit of confusion about getting our breakfast earlier due to an early flight. The building number and name of hotel were a bit hard to see, otherwise good stay.

Stayed here again after our tour of Italy ended. Felt safe for the 4 days either walking alone (person with visible disabilities) or with my friend. Was not approached once. Except for a stop sign lying on the sidewalk area was very clean and an easy walk to the Colosseum or other points of interest or restaurants. As I said in my last review, this is a plain property that provides a good European breakfast as part of the room rate. Sort of like an upscale college dorm. However it fit our needs perfectly and at a reasonable cost.

Stayed here before our tour was to start from Rome. Picked this place to stay based on budget for two single rooms, one needing to be accessible for me to get around with my walker. Was VERY surprised and pleased with our selection! The staff were very kind and helpful. There are stairs at the front of the building however if they open the car park doors there is a ramp to go up and a back door that opens near the reception desk. On top of that they provide a very European breakfast which for my traveling companion and I was just wonderful! We both have Celiac Disease and everyday there was a selection of gluten free products available for us to have for breakfast, in addition to the cheeses, cold cuts, fruit and tomatoes, yougurts, juice and coffees. I will definately return if I get back to Rome, other than our stay planned already for the end of the tour for us. Only downside were I use shampoo and conditioners at the places I stay. These are not provided at the Casa Helena along with there are no fridges in the rooms to keep medication cold.

Very clean, staff very helpful. The outside street was narrow and cabs were not plentiful, and there were about eight steps up to the front desk. There was an elevator inside, though, to take me to my second floor room (two stories up). It was an easy walk to the Metro and public transportation, and just one Metro stop to the train station.

This place was great. The property was extremely quiet and both the front desk staff and the breakfast staff were pleasant, helpful and kind. There was an excellent breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again.

Mostly perfect. Good location, friendly staff, nice breakfast... Only problem: We could not open the windows, not even the shades so we were in a dark four walled room the whole time. Could not even see the light of day.
