It was great but A Bug on my room !!!!

However.. i saw thr bug "A big bug" when i told this told hotel front desk said "here is country side do..." she just gave us cold answer. I tought at least they can change our room..!! With same gread. And plus. Before we arrive there i ask them good view. But ground floor with out !! any good view i can hear every people's sound !!
I'm not sure that service mind worth to stay

게시일: 2019. 7. 20. , HotelsWe stayed one night to enjoy the countryside, pool and food with family before heading to the city. Wonderful place, exciting for the kids and luxurious for the adults. Restaurant was amazing, staff everywhere really helpful and the pool was the highlight of our stay.

Very nice hotel in historical Castel. Very good breakfast and dinner, friendly staff.
Negative points- air condition almost not working, the only swimming pull is external and cost extra 7€, and I think the access is open not only to hotel guests , due to this is very noisy and crowded. Spa is nice but VERY small and if you want to relax after sauna there is place only for 2 ( 2 beds)
I’m not sure we will visit this place again.

Staying at the castle was a memorable experience. Be sure to get there in time for the sunset and photos. It is an elegant, upscale accommodation where we enjoyed a superior dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. The breakfast which was included in the rate was excellent. We were passing by Rome on the way from Amalfi to Tuscany and wanted to break up the drive with a stop on the way but not go into Rome. After visiting Villa D’Este with its marvelous garden and waterworks in Tivoli we drove about 1/2 to hotel. It was perfect and there was even a wonderful spa there to enjoy!
