지하철타고 다니기에 좋았고 지내기에 괜찮았다.
떼르미니역에서 10정거장, 15분정도 걸린다. 지하철역에서 걸어서 5분정도 걸린다. 지하철은 아침 5시반부터 운행된다. 방은 더도덜도 아니고 딱 그정도이다. 아침밥은 5층에서 먹었다. 빵, 삶은계란, 음료수, 커피, 햄 치즈 있다. 편리하게 잘지내다왔음.

Despite my request for a quiet room I was given a room over the noisy restaurant which was closing at 2 am. In addition, there was some sewer odour that enter my room and the corridor every night. However, the hotel was not far from the Metro and food bar which was open 24 hours.

Sehr viel Baustelle um das ganze Hotel herum. Sehr positiv der kurze Weg zur Metro mit der man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum ist. Da man aber eigentlich nach dem Tag so kaputt ist und man nur zum schlafen ins Hotelzimmer geht ist es für den Preis absolut ausreichend. Man kann auf der Terrasse Kaffee Tee und Säfte trinken. Das Personal hat jede Frage beantwortet und das bestellte Taxi zum Flughafen war auch pünktlich da. Da wir mit Frühstück gebucht hatten aber in der Zeit das Hotel keins mehr anbietet haben wir trotzdem nur über die Straße in einem Café unser Frühstück bekommen.

Nette kamer met schone en nette badkamer. Klein balkonnetje met uitzicht op het tegenovergelegen flatgebouw. De lift werkt prima maar stamt uit het jaar 0, hij sluit nog volledig waardoor wij er na 1x geen gebruik meer van gemaakt hebben. We vonden het jammer dat we geen gebruik konden maken van een ontbijtservice.

中心地からは外れてますが、地下鉄も便利だし近くに美味しいレストランもあるし、安くて広くて快適でした。従業員の方達もみんな親切だし、2回目以降のイタリア旅なら是非オススメです！ 駅の近くにスーパーもあります。

Unfriendly staff with a less than mediocre service
Hotel representative was drunk when we arrived at about 11pm, told us to meet her in the morning, we had paid for breakfast and they refused, stated we didn’t and made us pay for it again. The first morning as we had been up later than usual we asked their cleaners to come back later as we weren’t dressed but never showed again that day, they arrived again 3 days into our stay to finally clean the room but had only moved our shoes to the side, made the bed and emptied a bin bag even though we had rubbish lying around the room which was clearly rubbish and in bags to be disposed of. Upon leaving the property the hotel rep knocked on our door 5 minutes before check out, we were very close to being ready and would have been out on time however gave us attitude and hostility that we hadn’t left yet.

You have brought to my attention something I did not suspect and I am verifying the veredicity of your statement, which if true will be delt with very seriously. In any case, I apologies for the inconvenience, I wish you would have alerted our very receptionist about the incident in order to make good the rooming conditions you described which are definitely not our standards as we are have no intentions to destroying our reputation. We are restoring the Hotel in November 2018 and opening a wine bar next to the restaurant, hopefully I will have a chance to make it back to you. Best regards Giuliano

Da fuori non si nota.
Da fuori non si nota neanche, completamente anonimo su uno stradone. Dentro però ha una piccola reception e un paio di piani con camere e sala colazione. Tutto sommato silenzioso, camere discrete con ampi bagni, pulito e con colazione accettabile. Accoglienza premurosa. Parcheggi lungo le strade adiacenti. A cinque minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro. Si può fare.

Jag hade bokat fel datum och inser det vid incheckningen. Trots fullbokat så lyckas den danska damen hjälpa oss och utöver det ge en mkt bra service för att snabbt kunna äta vid sen kväll, snabb väg till flygplatsen. Vi kommer gärna åter!

Value for money, convenient to Metro.
Hotel is about 200m from Metro station and about 15min train travel to Termini Station. Lift (slow) to all floors. Rooms are spacious, bathroom facilities OK. The staff are very friendly and have good English. Like all European 3* hotels it is hot in summer and very noisy with the windows open. The bed was large and comfortable, bathroom OK, bath but no shower, just a hand-held shower head which is pretty inconvenient. Breakfast was good by Italian standards, with toast, coffee, croissants, fruit drink, yogurt, etc. The neighborhood is working class, fairly dirty (communal garbage bins in the streets) but has a collection of reasonably priced restaurants, most with English menus. If you want class, go somewhere else and pay through the nose for it! The only real downside was an infestation of ants (on the fourth floor) that got into my backpack and gave me grief on the second day. After that I made sure that my backpack was clean each morning and that there was no food left around in an accessible location.

Hello, I regret you terrible experience. Certainly what happened there must have been an overbooking and we were forced to find an alternative solution. These kind of events are very seldom but can and do happen even to better hotels than ours. I am certain 100% you were not charged for the for the repositioning. As for the area you did not like, it is beyond my possibility, but I am sure if you had stayed with us you would have discovered a very interesting off the beaten track area of Rome.

Esta bien si solo vas a ir a dormir, pero las habitaciones no están muy limpias y el barrio no es muy agradable. El desayuno es muy completo.

Friendly Clean place
The room was clean as well as the restroom. The restroom was well stocked with all the needed toiletries. The balcony was big and had a nice view of the city!

Einfaches Hotel in der Nähe des U-Bahnhofes Numero Quadrato, Zimmer einfach ausgestattet. Sauberkeit in Ordnung. Tw. renovierungsbedürftig, z.B. in unserem Zimmer defekte Duschtür. Frühstücksbuffet einfach, aber mehr als ausreichend. Angenehmer Frühstücksraum im 5. Stock. Nettes und freundliches Personal.

Das Zimmer ist leider sehr hellhörig, es gibt keine vernünftige Eingangstür, auch die Tür zum Bad lies sich nicht schließen. Betten waren in Ordnung, die Balkontür war defekt, desweiteren ist das Hotel nah am Flughafen gelegen, das bedeutet man hört den Flugverkehr. Das Frühstück ist wirklich ganz schlecht, ich bin wirklich nicht anspruchsvoll aber Instantkaffee in Italien?

Empfang war sehr nett, Lage des Hotels sehr gut, da 300 m neben der Metro-Station. Mit der Metro in nur 15 Minuten im Zentrum. Ringsum gute Lokale und auch Abends noch was los. Einrichtung ist schon etwas abgewohnt, aber das Bett war sehr bequem und nach drei Tagen wird die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Handtücher auch jederzeit, wenn man das möchte. Das einzige Manko war, dass wir für den Balkon keine Möbel hatten, obwohl das in der Beschreibung stand. Uns wurde zwei Mal versprochen, welche zu bringen, aber es kamen keine. WLAN war schlecht, da es nicht im ganzen Zimmer/Balkon funktionierte. Das Frühstück war überschaubar und jeden Tag gleich. Es gab zwar Toast und frische Hörnchen, aber keine Brötchen, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Frühstückstische wurden oft nicht abgewischt und so musste man den Tisch dann selber reinigen.

Μία δυσάρεστη πολυκατοικία.
Καταρχήν δεν είναι ξενοδοχείο αλλά μια παλιά πολυκατοικία. Στο δωμάτιο δεν δούλευε το κλιματιστικό ουτε η tv. ΜΑΣ είπαν ότι θα μας άλλαζαν δωμάτιο αλλά τελικά μας κορόιδεψαν. Το WiFi δεν ανταποκρινόταν με τίποτα. Επρεπε να ξηπνουσες από τις 8.00 το πρωι για να προλάβεις πρωινό. Επίσης υπήρχε πολλή φασαρία μέσα στο ξενοδοχείο. Τέλος για την περιοχή, ήταν πάρα πολύ μακριά από το κέντρο της πόλης.

Eenvoudig hotel in buitenwijk van Rome.
Prima hotel, eenvoudig, goed bereikbaar met metro. Goede bedden en schoon, prima personeel, behulpzaam. In buitenwijk, als je gewoon even onder de Italiaanse mensen wil zijn. Genoeg restaurants en koffie tentjes of ijs, supermarkt. Na de drukte van de stad prima om in de avond te zijn.

The hotel was adequate although in what felt like a dirty sketchy neighborhood. I was not comfortable walking around at night. Otherwise the stay was enjoyable and I liked how close to the metro we were.

Соотношение цена/качество приемлемое, для бюджетного варианта неплохо. Расположение от станции метро - один квартал. Утомляла сама поездка на метро. Завтрак нормальный. Сантехника в ванной комнате пожившая, к тому же у нас не было шторки в душевой кабине. Персонал дружелюбный, отзывчивый.

For a cheap weekend away this turned out to be quite a nice hotel bed was made every day always fresh towels no issues with the place in walking distance of metro would highly recommend
