Certamente , purtroppo é Lei che non sa che vuol dire un B&B . Of course is a B&B , sorry that you don't know that means , and do not say wrong things , because on internet and in the website is all the informations corret , and only in the B& B you pay half price or less the half then a normal hotel , so be happy for this ...and also you had breakfast for free and in a hotel you will never receive this attention that you had from us 🤗

DEARS was very nice for me to meet you , from now on who wants the breakast outside they can pay for it , and who wants mine is for free and I givet with all my heart , is on my bill ,unfortunately the law in Italy doesn't let me to give to the people in other way , only PREPACKED ...so everybody is free to go and eat outside ..but I must tell that 80 % like it and speccially offered for free..you didn't payed for it . best regards and nice to meet you

JOAN, first of all , BREAKFAST was offered free and because of you , the others guest will not have in the future anymore . 2. you didn't ask any cab , 3. the TV is working I showed you , but you didn't know how to open it by your self , 4. we only have 1 floor , and if you come to the center of ROME do not aspect to be quiet , go in the mountain for no noise 5. I do not understand how you can come in ROME , and you complain for the stairs , if the firtst of my house , is the minimum staris that you will do here, what about the Vatican , you will not see it ? what about Spanish steps ..and PIAZZA DEL POPOLO , do not wary OUR FUTURE GUEST, they know that we are kind and people like is just a enigma for us .. I HOPE THAT I DO NOT MEET ANY POEPLE LIKE YOU

Dear , please do not complain anymore for insignificant things , this is a 370 years old house , and you are the first floor !! You know from the start and this is the more ease thing to do in Rome compare with the steps that you need to do in all Rome 😅 ...hope you joke , people complaining for the steps 😂😂😂😂😂

Thaks dears , nope ..Pantheon is not difficult to find , as all the poeple comes to visit it, and is the ❤ of Rome , and if ...they can't find it, they can come after the nice perfume of chocolate Lindt in piazza della Maddalena that you find it in the front of Citys House 🤗🍫🍫🍪🍰🧁🍬🍭🍮..that they can have after a good Pizza or pasta under our house windows , at our friends restaurant La Scaletta ( where all our guest have 10% discount ) .

For the reception is not possible for 1 person to work 24 h , as is a B&B is only 1 person taking care , and that needs to rest in the night at list , is still a human been 🤗!! Anyway about that is written in the booking and you see all the conditions before you booked and also not beeing a 24 h reception , you pay half price ...so also this can make you happy !!
