This charming central building features a beautiful and historic facade, with well-maintained interiors and modern amenities. It is perfectly stocked with essentials and provides a quiet, secure environment. Conveniently located within walking distance of the Colosseum and Santa Maria Maggiore, it offers easy access to major attractions. Surrounding the property are numerous restaurants, pizzerias, and grocery stores, ensuring all needs are met locally. The only downside is that check-in begins at 4:00 pm; earlier arrivals require arranging luggage storage nearby .

Our family of four stayed at the property and we walked to all of the tourist sites, with the exception of the Vatican. We took the metro to the Vatican and the train station was a 5 minute walk (across from the Colosseo). AMAZING!

The apartment was great for a family of 5, very clean, with everything you would expect and more. It is a large apartment with ample space for 2 adults, 2 teens and a young child. Fantastic communication leading up to the stay, and also during the check in process. We had changed our check in time the day before due to an activity cancellation and the staff were absolutely incredible. The location was perfect too, a nice little walk through a park to the colosseum. We will certainly be booking again.
