숙소가 그렇게 깔끔하진 않았어요. 위치는 좋았어요. 체크인 시간을 메일로 보냈는데도 불구하고 사람이 없어서 일정에 차질이 있었어요. 아침은 쿠폰을 받아서 근처 가게에서 커피와 크로와상 같은 빵을 주는데 맛있어요.

친절한 서비스는 만족하나 샤워실과 화장실이 따로 분리되어 있어 씻는데 불편함이 있었습니다. 위치에 도착해서 숙소 위치를 찾아도 간판이 없다보니 찾기가 어려웠습니다. 하지만 가격대비 저렴하게 사용할 수 있어서 나름 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다

Good deal but hard to find!
Because it was more of a room rental in locals apartment building, it felt more authentic. However, the name of the place is just the address; you won't find any titled building! Don't forget to contact the renter aboit your arrival time! He's very friendly and will even help you do laundry. His English is VERY broken. The room was spacious with a minifridge and more beds than we needed.

コロッセオまで１km程度なので、歩こうと思えば歩いても苦にならない程度であることと、メトロの駅がすぐそばにある立地は魅力的です。簡単な朝食もついてこの値段であれば問題ないと思います。

Très bon qualité-prix (mais 3° étage ss ascenceur)
L'accueil très très bien, le responsable très serviable et gentil. Le principal: c'est PROPRE. Vu les prix à Rome, c'est un très bon rapport qualité-prix vu l'emplacement. Nous avons eu la change de "tomber" sur des co-locataires tranquilles, car ce n'est pas très intime (à déconseiller aux jeunes mariés...). Seul bémol, 3° étage sans ascenseur, aïe car nos valises étaient lourdes.

Mieszkanie położone w dogodnej lokalizacji, blisko stacja metra, autobusy i tramwaje, 15 min spacerkiem do Koloseum. Dla ludzi nieprzyzwyczajonych do odgłosów miasta noce mogą być nieco uciążliwe, ale da się to przeżyć. Mieszkanie czyste i schludne, pościele i ręczniki na wyposażeniu każdego pokoju. Właściciele mieszkają w jednym z pokoi, ale są praktycznie niewidzialni (przez 8 dni widzieliśmy ich 2 razy). Małym minusem może być jedynie to brak kuchni i słabe ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem. Dobre miejsce dla ludzi niewymagających hotelowych warunków i nastawionych na intensywne zwiedzanie.

Gillar Rom men ej rummet vi hade. Mycket fel där. Frukosten ska finnas på rummet och ej på ett cafe/bar inärheten och bestå av kaffe och en brödbit. Jag bad er på Expidia att jag har celaki och väl på plats så hade cafet inget att erbjuda mig. Väldigt tråkigt då jag betalade för det och var tvungen att köpa min egna frukost.

Muy completa la información de la zona que nos brindaron al llegar, que nos permitió conocer lugares históricos que ni imaginábamos. Mandamos un mail con el horario de llegada, que era muy tarde cerca de las 22 hs. y nos recibieron sin ningún problema. Todo ok por el precio, nuestra estadía era sólo para dormir, ya que nos íbamos muy temprano y regresábamos muy tarde. El desayuno muy simple, capuccino y corneto o factura. Pero el corneto está muy bueno realmente.

Great location
It is important to know that this is not a 'hotel' but people who rent out an extra room of their apartment as a hotel. There is nothing wrong with that as long as you know what to expect. No concierge, little English (but they try to accommodate as much as they can). The location is GREAT! You can walk to the Coliseum in 20 minutes. If you do not speak Italian, you need to be pretty independent to stay there, because you are kind of on your own in comparison to being able to ask questions whenever you want at a hotel. The bedroom is comfortable, clean and has a nice bed. For the price, it was totally worth it to me to stay there. There is a great little Spaghetti / Pizza / Kebab restaurant nearby called Arcobaleno. Great spaghetti for 4 or 5 Euros. Good pizza, Nice seating area. I ate at much more expensive places that did not have as good of food.

Excelente estadia
We had a great stay in the conte rosso. Max and Katia were very welcoming and gave us great suggestions for tours and restaurants.The B & B is well located, it is in the center, close to metro and some tourist attractions that can be visited on foot, such as the Colosseum. There are many good options nearby of restaurants. The shared bathroom is clean and used only by three guest rooms. The internet is good. The breakfast is simple, but delicious. We strongly recommend. Tivemos uma ótima estadia no conte rosso. Max e Kátia foram muito receptivos e nos deram ótimas sugestões de passeios e restaurantes.O B&B é bem localizado, fica no centro, próximo ao metrô e de algumas atrações turísticas que podem ser visitadas a pé, como o Coliseu. Há muitas e boas opções de restaurantes próximos. O banheiro compartilhado é limpo e utilizado apenas por hóspedes de três quartos. A internet é boa. O café da manhã é simples, mas delicioso. Recomendamos fortemente.

Mi experiencia en este bed and breakfast no ha sido todo lo satisfactoria que me habría gustado. Si bien es cierto que nos acogieron dos horas después del check in, la puerta de nuestra habitación estaba rota, sólo nos llegaba wifi hasta la mitad de la habitación, la cama era incómoda y no había ascensor ni caja fuerte. La parte buena es que tuvimos toda la libertad para entrar y salir, el baño estaba limpio y recién reformado.

Ｂ＆Ｂの所在するアパートの表札にはコンテロッソとは書かれておらず、「BANINI」（Ｂ＆Ｂ経営者の氏名）が書かれていて、更にＨＰに掲載されている電話番号は既に使われていなかったので、見つけるまでにかなり時間がかかりました。同じアパートに別のＢ＆Ｂがあり、そこは表札が出ているので間違いやすいです。 朝食は近くのバーでカプチーノとクロワッサンで、味と店員の態度は中の下でした。 このＢ＆Ｂは全室で２部屋で、隣の部屋に経営者夫婦が居住しているので、彼らに少し気を遣う必要があります。 アメニティに洗濯機と乾燥機が記載してあったので、経営者に頼んだところ、「えっ？洗濯物はどれくらいあるの？」と意外な感じでしたが、一応ナイロン袋を渡してくれました。経営者夫婦に迷惑を掛けないように自分で洗濯機と乾燥機を使いたかったのですが、客が自由に使えるわけではなかったので、結局洗濯は頼みませんでした。 客用の部屋２室と経営者夫婦用の部屋１室があり、バスルームに行く際に、経営者夫婦の部屋の前を通らないといけないので、少し気を遣いました。

Ottimo soggiorno
Il soggiorno è stato piacevole. La camera in cui siamo stati ospiti era pulita e accogliente, i servizi igienici pure.Il locale è vicino a siti archeologici importanti, quali il Colosseo e Foro imperiale. Il gestore dei locali molto gentile. Comodo per i mezzi di trasporto, metrò A che raggiunge le mete più visitate della città di Roma.

Just pure pain
So this isnt a hotel its a room in an apartment, i have never ever in my life slept in a bed as crappy as that one. It was so loud that u couldnt sleep. And the matress was sooo old that it had two holes were u had to sleep. So no vacay sex... You had to share the toilet, so the toilet seat was always open. Id pay 5€ a night for this crappy place. The owners were nice! And i also had to pay for breakfast every other morning, not nice as it was supposed to be included!!!!!

Its a BnB, not a hotel - otherwise its good.
Its actually a BnB with three rooms and a shared bathroom. Overall it was comfortable - the host was helpful and the room was okay. We just felt that for the money paid, we could have stayed in a proper hotel instead of a BnB. No facilities (e.g. linen, soap etc) provided, take your own. Also, coordinate with the host about your time of arrival, as he is not there all the time. We did this and faced no problems (like other reviewers).

Hard to find but worth the money!
a very nice B&B. the couple who own it are very gracious. The location is south of most attractive tigons but still in a good location. Difficult to get inside as there are no street markings

Very hard to find - poorly marked in the building. It was not the owner as we arrived. This is not a hotel! Breakfast very poor. Zero facilities , lack of wifi and tv . Plus location - 10 minutes downtown.

Riporto quella già fatta su Tripadvisor: Sono stata accolta dal gestore, persona gentile e disponibile a fornirmi tutte le indicazioni! Facile da raggiungere con i mezzi pubblici in quanto vicino alla metro e al tram! La camera era spaziosissima e silenziosa, non c'era la televisione ma non era un problema per me! Il bagno in comune molto pulito!

Hotel bien situé mais très bruyant, pas de wifi, le lit pourris le matelas on send les ressort, le petit déjeuner un expresso et un croissant ni plus ni moins valeur 1€60 Si vous voulez un chocolat chaud a la place du café un supplément vous sera demander et pour finir si vous arriver après 19h30 une taxe vous sera demander. J'en ai eu pour 3 nuit 200 euro.

A due passi dalla metro, con camere pulite e silenziose, bagno ristrutturato di recente con ampio box doccia. I termosifoni caldi anche la notte. Colazione al bar classica con cappuccino e cornetto al tavolo compreso nel prezzo. nessun coprifuoco inquanto ci avevano dato le chiavi e uscivamo e entravavamo in qualsiasi orario. Lo staff ci ha fornito una mappa e alcuni utili consigli. Ci siamo trovati bene e ci torneremo.

Posizione centralissima. Camere pulite e dignitose. Bagno moderno appena ristrutturato. La colazione compresa nel prezzo al bar sottostante cappuccino e cornetto. Colosseo e metropolitana a due passi. Buoni e con cucina casareccia i ristorantini nelle vicinanze. Per i più parsimoniosi il vicino discount e il frigo in camera possono esser una scelta per risparmiare. Sicuramente da consigliare a chi cerca un posto economico centrale e dignitoso a Roma centro storico.

Appartamento fatiscente, cucina chiusa, bagno inadeguato, camera con molta polvere, lenzuola vecchie, materasso scomodissimo, arredamento troppo spartano, rumori strani provenienti dal palazzo durante la notte. Colazione, senza possibilità di scelta, con buoni ad un bar sotto casa molto trasandato.

No se lo recomiendo a nadie.
Llegábamos sobre las 10 al albergue, después de estar allí, en el albergue no había nadie, y nos llamó el chico diciendo que nos había cambiado a otro que estaba en la otra punta de Roma. Vamos allí, nos cobra 5 euros más de extras después de perder dinero en el metro por no hacernos saber el cambio de dirección. El desayuno incluido, una magdalena y un zumo...total de 48 euros pasamos a pagar 67 con las tasas y extras, mas lo que perdimos en el metro, sin desayuno, diciendo que no había nadie más, siendo mentira, puesto que en la otra habitación había otras dos personas y nos asustamos cuando lo escuchamos...lo peor que al dia siguiente supimos que habia entrado a nuestra habitación cuando no estábamos.

In camera è posizionata una tv, ma non vi sono prese per l'antenna, quindi la tv è inservibile... Lenzuola, e camera in generale, non pulitissime... No asciugamani. Il bar presso il quale avrei dovuto consumare la colazione è stato chiuso proprio in quei giorni dal prefetto...

Top locatie, iets mindere accomodatie!
Goede locatie maar het verblijf is erg gehorig ( ligt aan een doorgaande weg met veel toeterende auto's) en niet het verblijf is gedateerd en niet altijd even schoon. De hostess spreekt geen woord Engels dus communicatie lastig. Verder ligt het appartement op een mooie locatie en het colosseum is lopend te bereiken.

Literally the worst place I've ever stayed at
The worst place I have ever stayed, we arrived at around 10pm which is what I had told them in the email and we were still charged a 15€ surcharge for checking in after 7pm, we were emailed twice by the owner but no mention of this until we arrived. There was a lady and a man who waited for us at the door of the b&b and took us up to the room, we were travelling with our 4 month old and had 2 big backpacks and a few other smaller bags and neither of them offered to help carry our bags up. The room was quite large and had a fridge which was handy but the mattress was so dirty and uncomfortable the springs dug into our back while we were sleeping. The wifi only worked in certain places in the room and the shower in the bathroom was so dirty you felt unclean after getting out, we were also not provided with any towels (fine but at least tell us so we can make other arrangements). The website stated the owners help with tours etc but we only saw the owner once on the first night when she took our money and we never saw her again. We stayed for 4 nights and our room didn't get cleaned once we ended up with a huge pile of rubbish in the corner at the end of our stay as it didn't get cleared out the whole time we were there, the only plus about the place is the location, a short walk to the colloseum and the metro, but we were pretty horrified by the whole experience especially as we had our wee baby with us
